won the blues competition and represented the state
of Maine in Memphis, Tenn.

I hope they can find a way to give you some relief! That pain has to be so hard to live with!

I’m still having pain and it comes in goes in different locations. the rash isn’t as angry looking but still painful to the touch. I’m a mess. LOL! But mine will pass, and your RSD pain is there all the time. :(

There is a supplement you may want to try.
It is called L-Lysine, and can help shorten the duration of shingles and/or cold sores.

It is readily available in pharmacies and health food stores.

a sliver of fear is snaking down your spine!
