I agree . . . there is nothing wrong with continuing the fight. However, how long should the fight continue when one realizes that, in the end, they are going to lose the battle.

I am late to the party and on the run this am, can you tell me the original source of these? I would love to do some research but it starts with that link.
I have said I worried about these people using something to discredit the big story. I hope these are real but I must verify them if I can.
I always ask these question when I receive intelligence . Where is it from, why is it available and who has the most to gain from its existence. In this case was it leaked to help bolster the participants in their country? Did someone on the investigation leak it to help Glenn? Did it leak to discredit those who use it so the media can point the finger and laugh and distract from the real story. A first link would help me start the process.

I thought the same thing when I first saw Stu hosting the show. It was actually a good show...had a great counter-intellegence guy on, showed the JNap "confession/flip flop" and mentioned that the college in OH, where Mr Saudi Student is Visa'd to be, had no record of said student's transfer.
Stu was his usual (funny) self and said Glenn was in NYC, where the show would be broadcast from today. FWIW.

Great questions! The source is a bit suspect and a mystery, but may be answered in thread. I just got here too. I did not follow thread for very long. Getting some coffee and will ping you to anything I find that helps answer those questions.

But why should Hosp-Bed-Saudi trust the US gov’t to honor their end of this deal? What if he testifies, then the USA welshes on their deal and locks him up anyway?
Well, let’s reassure him by sending Michelle Obama to his bedside so he feels like no way would the USA betray me now. Let’s also send the Saudi Foreign Minister, so he knows both sides (USA + Saudi) have sanctioned the deal and it’s definitely “on.”
Also, if the USA welshes on the deal, future Saudi informants on other cases wouldn’t trust deals offered by USA and thus wouldn’t testify/inform.
The kid looks like he’s won the lottery in every hospital photo. This is b/c he HAS won the lottery by staying out of prison.
If we’re waiting for the CIA photo op with his #2 and #3 Saudi buddies from the Marathon photos (looks like Hamza Bin Laden and sidekick), we’ll be waiting forever.
The last thing (patriotic Americans) want is a real-live mini-version of Osama Bin Laden in prison so every moslem in the world can “bomb us until we release him.”
