The Government or the media. Which is worse? Which is more corrupt, dishonest and untrustworthy? Think about the agendas they both have and give us an answer.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

People have the right to elect the kind of government they want... it’s a free country. We have the right to object to some of the excesses...
The media in a free country can report however they want to - that’s what makes us free. But in the media’s case, since they should be governed by the laws of supply and demand - it would be in their best interest to report fairly and to present both sides. Their choice - but it they’re unfair, they’ll lose readers and viewers. Like any other business they have the right to make bad choices...

MSM
The Leftist MSM are in people’s homes and control information, how it is presented and just as powerful what is not presented.
Their power is so terrible that you now see people posting that Republicans need to totally give up on all social issues.
To: Responsibility2nd
First you’ll have to make a distinction between them.

I’m not up to that exercise. It’s like choosing between contracting Ebola or Marburg virus. Both will kill you in similar unpleasant ways.

The media for sure.
If they did their job correctly and consistently we would still benefit from a government operating within the bounds of the Constitution.
We would still be the land of the free; home of the brave.

The government is still more of a creature of the media than the other way around. Although BO has made it seem a whole lot like the other way around.

Good question, but in fact the question is flawed:
The gov’t and media are not in fact completely seperate entities, or even mostly so.
The two form a handy complex, and the real power modulates between the two gov’t and media “poles” as the situation warrants.
The real concern about this gov’t/media complex lies in it’s long-term goal, which is the elimination of incomplete gov’t, aka, “freedom”.
The government/media complex regards what you see as freedom as a VOID that it must expand into, thereby completing what it sees as it’s proper form.

The Govt. or the Media. Which is worse? Neither. Both. Hard to answer a question that starts with the false premise of one being worse than the other!
