First of all, where was his eminence when this happened? No one has commented on that. Second, what does he think these agencies do, sit around with their fingers up their backsides awaiting the go order from him?

VA Tech was 2 dead because two were dead early in a dorm. When the shootings started in the class, the number went to 3.

As an ex runner,there would be alot of competitors in the area at the 4 hour mark. The elites would have probably have gone but the average garden variety runner would still be there or just finishing. There is a substantial cool down period after a race and many racers stay to cheer on those that aren’t as fast. To the majority winning doesn’t come into the equation. Its finishing and possibly having a personal best time.
