His incompetence and ignorance as well as the ignorance of the Liberal voting base of the Democrat Party is what is fundamentally changing the USA.
Our Federal Government is a behemoth of astronomical proportions with the left hand not knowing who is running the right foot, etc etc, in fact the Fed Gov't itself has been incompetent for the past 80+ years.
I don't live in a reality where the US Fed Gov't is the originating cause for every single bad thing that happens.

I haven’t seen anyone at all, even here, say that, yet for the eight years of the Bush administration, that was exactly the case made by ABCCBSCNNNBC/AP and everyone who wasn’t a conservative.
