Ok, just heard on fox that most amateur marathoners hope to come in at 4 hours. So this is obviously planned for max damage and death.
If cell phones were used to trigger, they can’t trigger any more devices now.
CNN just emphasized that it is “Patiot’s Day” and that could be significant.

No matter who did it, if it is a terrorist attack,this will not end well for anyone. Like Newtown resulted in more gun laws, this will result in a call for more security - more drones, mores TSA’s, more video cams.
More border security? Nah. More profiling of Muslims? Nah.
Giving a parallel to the 9/11 terrorists who overtook passenger jets from “American” airlines and United (at the time the largest domestic carrier).
I have no problem calling this a terrorist act...just short of an Islamic terrorist act.
