"It's just the beginning of this bill. In six months from now, it's going to get stronger and stronger," Dan Garrett said. "I think they're watching us all over the country."

The residents of the state had better be ready to cover the cost of lawsuits filed to stop this abomination.

the most far-reaching gun safety legislation in the country This is about taking guns from law abiding citizens, it has nothing to do with safety. Unless of course you are afraid of law abiding citizens for some reason.

"I pray today's bill - the most far-reaching gun safety legislation in the country - will prevent other families from ever experiencing the dreadful loss that the 26 Sandy Hook families have felt," said House Majority Leader Joe Aresimowicz, D-Berlin, As usual, no facts....just feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelings.
And when another Newtown happens, and it will, these idiots will say they didn't go far enough.

This will not prevent other crazy individuals from mass murders. It will happen again. All the hype about these mass murders will give copycat fools an excuse to do it and gain their 15 minutes of “fame.”
Too many people have a set of “moral values” that allows them to murder other people. THIS is the problem. Liberalism believes there is no right or wrong, no free will, no individual responsibility. THIS is the cause.

Unconstitutional, and thereby null and void.
