Legislation that would award the injured from the 2009 Fort Hood shooting the Purple Heart would adversely affect the trial of Maj. Nidal Hasan by labeling the attack terrorism, according to a Defense Department document obtained by Fox News.
The document comes following calls from survivors and their families for the military honor, because they say Fort Hood was turned into a battlefield when Hasan opened fire during the November 2009 attack. Fox News is told that the DOD “position paper” is being circulated specifically in response to the proposed legislation.

My first instinctual vocal expression was “wow”.
It is wothout further explanation that Obama is directly controlling this whole affair. He, has walked over the victims’ rights, and has walked over the Judge Advocate group of DoD, which is, IMHO, a treasonable offense.
He has, by his actions, now on record, set future precedence of future trial mockeries.
I would prefer a short helicopter ride for good ol’ jihad johnny Hasan, and dump him, in his wheelchair, in the middle of that big ol’ sinkhole we have going on, in Assumption Parish, here in Louisiana. Between all the liquified salt, methane gas bubbles, and low grade nuclear waste in that thing, he won’t come bobbing back up for a long time!

Why has this terrorist murderer not been tried, after almost 4 years?
Is there some lack of evidence?
Is there some discovery yet to be reviewed by defense or prosecution?
Would the trial or it’s results be inconvenient for our America hating White House?

It’s because he was ordered to shave his beard, and wouldn’t do it.
This is a test to see how far they can push us. So far, we’ve failed and done nothing but lay down and ask for more.
I believe it’s being drawn out so long because obammy and
holder applaud what he has done. Also,he’s a paraplegic
right? They probably get a kick out of the fact that he
gets total care by gov’t employees. He’ll be taken care of
like this for the rest of his life,charges or sentencing
notwithstanding.
This country is lost.
A proper trial, where Hasan was charged with the treason and terrorism of which he is slam dunk guilty, would have been hugely embarrasing for the Illegal and his accomplices because they are doing their best to advance the cause of of our radical Islamist enemies. The trial would have forced them to expose those individuals as our enemies, thereby showing the Illegal's pro-Islamist foreign policy to be treason and him to be the traitor he is.
It would hurt Obama and Holder’s story that it was just a work place incident.
The other lesson, in my opinion, is don’t take them alive. Sooner or later this will happen again, and the perpetrators should be shot to the ground.
