President Barack Obama spoke critically of Israeli settlement activity and reaffirmed his commitment to the creation of "an independent and sovereign state of Palestine" in a Thursday news conference in the West Bank.
"We cannot give up on the search for peace, no matter how hard it is. ... Too much is at stake," the president said at the joint news conference with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas on the second day of his first official trip to Israel. Advertise | AdChoices
Obama reaffirmed the "difficult" goal of a two-state solution, adding that Israel's program of settlements was unhelpful and did not "advance the cause of peace."

What irony that Obama was saying this as Palistinian rockets were being fired on Israel from Gaza.
Obama doesn’t believe exporting peace, but yet he says that Palestine should be given that chance. They don’t want peace. They like conflict and as long as there’s conflict in or around Israel, Israel will be left with no choice but to defend herself.

PA depicts a world without Israel

Transjordan, today called the nation of Jordan, was specifically created so that the Palestinians would have their own state. So what Obama is calling for, is that pieces of Israel should be cut off to make the Palestinians a second and third state.
Though, considerable fault in this lies with the Israelis, for refusing to, after four wars and other unpleasantnesses, expel those individuals allied with their enemies from Israel. That is, the Gazans should have long ago become Egyptians, and the West Bank Paleos, Jordanians.
The easiest, and now most humane thing that could be done would still be for Israel to expel them. And after a decade or two of pissing and moaning, the world would be very content to go back to ignoring the region.
They already have one.
It’s called Jordan.
