It's becoming increasingly likely that there will be no gun control legislation passed this session. The session ends at noon Saturday and this legislation has to first be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee, then be passed in the full Senate, then go back to the full House for concurrence -- all within the next 48 hours! Not going to happen.
What are they doing?
They are upholding our right to be a free American.

Interestingly enough, I just came back from Santa Fe and the place was “crawling” with State Police. DoubleTree parking lot was, at least, 25% SP-badged vehicles...lobbying on state expense accounting and using state equipment?

These background check bills seem to be sponsored by the “holier than thou” big dealer shops which do not like private sales or gifts. By crushing main street they are able to direct traffic to their government approved operations. They think they can stay in business by selling muskets.
