"I'm gonna pop some tags, got $20 in my pocket...."
What does it say when the No. 1 song on the charts is about thrift shop bargains...

If you factor the underemployed with unemployed the unemployment rate is around 14%. Yahoo reported: And if you included the people who have supposedly "left the job market" its probably more like 20%.

Media in the Age Of Obama: a slight decrease in bad news is supposedly good news.

Great News..another 130,000 LEAVE the job market to go live with mom and dad and become free sh*ters. At this rate we should soon have nobody working and the unemployment rate at ZERO.

If ABC CBS NBC MSNBC CNN Wapo NYtimes report it as great news, good times are here again, then THAT is the reality the low-info voters accept.

Only one employment stat has any real value. That is the
Employment-population ratio
All other employment stats are amenable to all sorts of statistical and political jiggery-pokery. This one doesn't lie.
As you can see, it fell off the table when Obama got elected and hasn't been able to get up since.
