I don’t understand why this wouldn’t be legal. It’s a non-profit PAC. I can see if they used tax dollars, then that would be a problem.

Way too many of our elected Representatives seem to take the oath to protect and uphold the Constitution with a grain of salt.
Moderation is a wonderful thing in 99.5% of all cases but when it comes to protecting one’s God given rights I prefer the extreme side as we are battling higher powers and principalities of the forces of Darkness who are not encumbered by being moderate in their speech and actions.

This is a recent Free Republic thread featuring a new essay and 5-minute YouTube video titled “Democide: Socialism, Tyranny, Guns and Freedom.” The video has had 19,000 views in the first four days. It features Obama and his mentor Bill Ayers. I wrote the essay with the same title.

I wrote the essay and helped to produce the video. It’s an effort to lift the debate from Newtown “small ball” to the big leagues of democide, where these efforts at “reasonable and commonsense” gun control laws always lead to death by the million in the end.
