I have shot at ranges where the shooting position was higher than the range.
The fact that he’s holding it like a rifle with his head way too low seems odder. Stock seems not to fit him either.

Looks like a higher grade Citori of some sort which is a pretty decent shotgun. I’m guessing it’s what they could pull off the shelf at the nearest Cabelas for their emergency photo shoot.

It appears to be a Browning Citori 625. It's made in Japan, and it's ported to the right for a right handed shooter. This gun obviously doesn't belong to left-handed Obama.

The picture is public property distributed by government employees that was taken of a public servant on US Government property.
There is no proprietary bullshit here. The picture does not contain any prohibitive markings within its content.
They can go f@ck themselves.

I would speculate that they are trying to use to law against spending government money for campaign purposes and conflate it would the copyright laws, in a questionable effort to stop people from making a fool of the Fool in Chief.Well, it's not as if we really need to; he's so good at doing it himself.
