Be it resolved that any person legally competent to posess firearms shall, by posessing such arms, be obligated to muster under authority of legally elected officers, to recieve training in firearms laws and firearms qualification and basic militia tactics, and shall have assigned duties during times of national or state emergencies, to include invasion by foreign powers, insurrection or natuiral disasters. Such duties shall include, but not be limited to community policing, assisting in evacuationn and other relief actions and securing of basic infrastructure. Such assigned duties shall take into consideration the physical limitations of the member. Persons found mentally or morally unfit to perform such duties shall be barred from posessing firearms until such disability be removed.
Today I decided to fire off a letter to my new Governor (Pence, Indiana) asking him to appoint a retired officer in each county of Indiana to be responsible for a yearly muster of the unorganized militia. (See: Dick Act)
The petition rights mentioned in the Constitution are completely misconstrued. “To petition the government” meant to sue the government. The framers would not have thought that a list of demands from the citizenry would have had much effect.
Remonstrance is a comin’

A Congressional Act that can not be repealed by another Congressional Act? A first, I believe.
No such petition is needed. The People can organize into a militia on their own authority.
An example:

The People need no permission from anyone to form militias.
This is a trap. Just leave your address with the WHite House so they know who to get at should the Shite hit the fan! Not too smart.
No permission is needed to form a militia.
