Joe Biden and Barack Obama have an assault rifle with a 30 round magazine pointed at the temples of Congress, the Senate, and America.
They have decided that, to achieve the same gun control that only twenty years ago required the consent of both the House of Representatives and the Senate, all they need to do is issue some Imperial Decrees.
This Emperor Obama has decided to simply NOT CONSULT and NOT INVOLVE both of the Houses of government, the House of Congress and the Senate, and unilaterally impose rules that only 20 years ago required consent of both of them.
They state that Executive Orders can now take the place of the normal legislative process. They state that there is no need for a Bill to make its way from from the House, to the Senate, to the President's Desk.
There are two things happening here: 1) The imposition of draconian gun control that only TWENTY YEARS AGO required a Bill, and 2) The complete removal of the House of Congress and the Senate from this -- and subseqently, ALL -- decision making processes.
This completely upend the American process of legislating. If they succeed, all the educational books outlining the American process of legislating need to be discarded, since from that point forward, Congress and the Senate become completely excluded from the process. At that point, all that is needed is a Imperial Decree in the form of an Executive Order.
If Obama succeeds on this very treacherous new path, he will have effectively overthrown the government, and Congress and the Senate might as well simply adjourn forever. They will no longer truly have any point to existing afterwards.
This cannot stand. There can be only one solution. THIS MAN MUST BE IMPEACHED AND CONVICTED AND REMOVED FROM OFFICE. Even the *liberals* in the Senate understand POWER, and they should understand that -- should this brazen effort to upend the Constitution succeed -- their importance and their position of power will be completely liquidated. This is America at its exact moment of being overthrown. If they do not vote to convict, after the House impeaches, they will have no power any more.
THIS IS THE IMPEACHMENT MOMENT.
Either that, or they might as well go home. They will have become less than useless.
I'd tweak that to read *worse* than useless. What appears to be transpiring here is that the Democrats in Congress (and some Republicans too) are quite happy to step aside and let Obama do their dirty work. After all, he's currently term-limited and they're not.
But they won't go home. They'll sit there, draw their salaries and divvy up the pork until the bitter end.

What amazes me is how not one Democrat in the House has the gumption to oppose anything this would be dictator does or says.
It’s like some mind power he has over them. Not one has any thought of their own. It is like the Borg. They are all under control. Surely something this snot ball has to say MUSt go against the grain of one of them.
I bel;ieve the decision has already been made by Obama that he will write an executive order banning assault weapons , if that works there will be one banning handguns and soon Cap pistols.
To me Joe Biden is just a mouthpiece for Obama, and empty headed drunken fool with no mind of his own, but he sure doo lub dat publicity.
This Obama guy will simply write the following Executive Order:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to improve the legislative process, while continuing to protect our national security, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. No executive order may be overturned by Congress, including this one.
Section 2. Justification. I won.
Section 3. Addendum. Neener neener boo boo. You suck. I am so cool. I am like Kim Il Sung. I am the best. You are nothing to my greatness. Worship me, bitches.
There is only one motivation for any politician: To hold on to power. If Obama seizes power, they can feel threatened -- but if Obama promises them positions of power in the New Order, they might be placated.

Not one dimocrat will oppose the leaders of their party.
They are loyal to their party first and foremost.
Loyalty to this country takes a back seat.
They have morphed into the cpusa without using the label.
Look at the goals of the cpusa and the actions of the dimrats.
The laws have already been written and they are just waiting for the opportunity to pass them. Unconstitutional? Makes no matter because no one will stand up for the Constitution any more and if they do, they are shouted down. Say a law banning all guns passes, again an illegal law, but the current regime looks at the system of laws as just a speed bump. Remember obama care? 2,800 page law that just magically appeared, was passed with no one reading it and not judged upon by the supreme court.
Here we go again.
Counterproductive. Obama would merely use this as justification to issue Executive Orders.
Let zer0 do it. Let the zer0 eo’s fly out over this land, just as are the drones. May wake up some more people. Adjourn the House and call into play all the illegal things taking place within the zer0 crowd and the senate. The list is longer than the halls of congress. Truth is needed, damn the lies ... full speed ahead if Boehner has the guts.

Axelrod and Jarrett know where the bodies are buried, the locations of the bathhouses, the DVD's of the sexual transactions in the House gymnasium, and the routing numbers to the offshore accounts where tax dollars will be "redistributed".
Now bear in mind, they only have to show the Chicago Way on a few who defy them. For the vast majority, they WANT to be part of the New Order - if they aren't already...

A better approach, but still counterproductive, is to impeach Obama for every single illegal act.
Counterproductive, though, because it will dull our 2014 gains... *IF* the voting system is not already so compromised that a strong Democrat win isn't already programmed into the system, that is.

Washington – President Obama has signed into law a bill granting lifetime Secret Service protection to former presidents and their wives.
The measure Obama signed Thursday applies to presidents elected after Jan. 1, 1997, specifically Obama and former President George W. Bush. It reverses a 1994 law that ended Secret Service protection 10 years after a president leaves office. Under that law, the Homeland Security secretary could extend such protection on a temporary basis.
I think the Communist Democrat’s actual plans for America are a lot worse than we can imagine:
Equal square footage of living space for everyone.
Equal quantities of gasoline.
Everyone gets a car.
Equal electricity for everyone.
No meat.
All shoes made of synthetics (no more leather goods).
Equal pay for all.
Surrender 401k and IRAs to gov’t for an equal Retirement Annuity for all.
Voluntary (mandatory) Euthanasia for terminally ill.
Re-education for die hard Tea Baggers. The ones who can’t be re-educated will have to be eliminated.
Pedophiles will be given a “softer” sounding name, and will be given equal rights to marry their under-age “partner”.
Group marriage with unlimited spouses of both genders.
Classify all Religions (other than Islam) as “hate groups”.
Sharia Law to the majority in a community.
A National ban on “Big Gulps”.
