Vice President Joe Biden, while addressing representatives of gun safety and gun violence victims' groups, says President Obama could use "executive orders" to enact gun control measures.
VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN: "The president is going to act. There are executives orders -- executive action that can be taken. We haven't decided what that is yet. But we're compiling it all with the help of the Attorney General and all the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action, we believe is required."

What are the legal ramifications of buying weapons and ammunition just as usual (just thinking theoretically here folks, not necessarily advocating), then filing a local report they were somehow stolen or lost, then burying them where nobody knows where they are, with limited maps to their locations, for the potential SHTF moment and subsequent retrieval? (I am pretty sure the Yankee Ingenuity of the Colonists would see them do this kind of clever thing in prep. against the encroaching Redcoats after the series of intolerable acts and edicts.)
I'm not from Texas, but I have a sister & brother & their families who live there. That being said, there is a world of difference between the prevailing attitudes of citizens in the Waco timeframe versus the prevailing attitudes today (especially of conservatives & patriots). I recall reading about Waco AND trusting the national news media, and so I was shocked that David Koresh would violate & molest these children (all lies now) and that our government had a moral duty to try & rescue the children. Of course it all ended in a fiery ball of flames with with all the inhabitants being killed or burned to death. That was then!
NOW we realize (even the liberals) that the government & the media are not to be trusted under any circumstances and that any so called safe guards or promises from the government are simply lies that they want us to believe. We now realize that Waco was a contrived massacre of innocent men, women & children, who Janet Reno & Bubba Clinton had every intention of killing.
I am nearly 60 years old, and don't know if I have the necessary courage or not, but at this time, I pray that I will have the courage & integrity to stand against a tyrannical dictatorship & annihilation that 0dumb0 & his fellow demonic supporters are trying to foster upon the citizens of the USA.
It has arrived.
We must be realists about this.

This is a predicted “overreaction” of liberals of declaring martial law and the nation under a police state regime, all because of a school shooting where such gun free zoning in favor of terrorists only was practiced.
Check it out, any cop out there who says he is not going to use the routine check to rape you or look for “illegal guns” is a fool. They are “just going to do their jobs”.

As we speak this whole neighborhood is fishing for responses and probably crawling with cops and ATF agents at all gun shows in order to check on people telling the truth or spreading material of truth.

We went from fighting terror to becoming a terror state, with only a select type who will assume the uniform through the gun possession only.
The uniform will be defined by gun carrying. Who is not part of it, will be denied the recognition of knowledge.
So instead of being merely informed and fact checked by the police as the constitution intended, we will be bullied into becoming dummies ready to be raped at the call of a snap of fingers of a thug acting in color of law.
But what else were we expecting when arrogant stupidity took over the White House?
Is it the same Attorney General who sells AK 47s to the Sinaloa Cartel, who plans to write executive orders breaching the constitution?
And the mullah who signs it, is he aware that the USA does not have rule by fiat like Equatorial Guinea does?
As a law abiding citizen, I will be forced to ignore such illegal action by the Marxist infiltrators. The matter of Treason shall be addressed in Congress.
When a free people have to resort to burying thier Constitutionaly-protected firearms to stave off confiscation by a dictator the "legal ramifications" are/is pretty much a moot point....
But I no longer own any long guns - sold them to some guy at a gas station.....

I pray the NRA and the “hinting groups” are not suckered into the discussion with Biden that this has anything to do with hunting. Don’t lem him form the debate. Keep it what it is -the sovereign right of a citizen to bear arms to protect himself and his family from a tryrannical govt.
