Archaeologists have discovered a 2,750-year-old temple along with a cache of sacred artifacts, providing rare insight into religious practices at the time, the Israeli Antiquities Authority announced Wednesday.
The temple was uncovered west of Jerusalem, at the Tel Motza archaeological site, in preparation for work on Highway 1. Among the finds are pottery figurines, fragments of chalices and decorated pedestals, which indicate the site was the stomping ground of a ritual cult.
"The ritual building at Tel Motza is an unusual and striking find, in light of the fact that there are hardly any remains of ritual buildings of the period in Judaea at the time of the First Temple, said excavation directors Anna Eirikh, Dr. Hamoudi Khalaily and Shua Kisilevitz in a statement.

Actually, JEHOVAH was the REGENT OF THE MOON. It is likely that Mohammed created the concept of ALLAH and his MOON WORSHIP based on the earlier stories of JEHOVAH.
Taking an American Soldier and slicing his head off with a rusty knife, raping reporters on the streets in the Middle East. Killing the American Ambassador to Syria, and putting it on YOUTUBE.
Methinks they are not only playing the game, but winning.
Your invisible friend is a Rosicrucian?
They haven’t played it in the US yet - our rules. Not the wimp government rules.
Where is that from ? I never heard that one.

Just think of all the money that was changed in that temple.
Actually, they do.
Their doctrine is that everybody is "born Muslim" --- all the way back to Adam & Eve--- and you only become non-Muslim by being initiated into some other religious group. Or so I was told.
And Mohammad was some sort of dinosaur animal way back when too.
I haven’t made up my mind whether he was a Tyrant-osaurus or an Imbecilius Wrecks.
LOL!!

It has been a war for 1,400 years. These lunatics have taken over Asia (including what today is called The Middle East), Asia Minor (Turkey), all of North Africa, most of central Africa, Indonesia, and parts of Eastern Europe (and they are threatening to swamp the rest). And they will not stop. Until they are stopped by force.
One of the first things many heretical sects do is to establish their existence and legitimacy retroactively. Islam appropriated all of the major figures of Judaism and Christianity as Muslim, so they wouldn't be fazed by your allegation.
Well I guess then they’re relatives of the Neanderthals. Seems the mentality was passed down to today’s Muslims.
From various Rosicrusian sources.
We know that many elements of both Christianity and Islam are based on incidents in the Middle East and on the writings in the Old Testament and the Talmud.
It is not inconceivable that Mohammed took stories about the creation of mankind and various 'gods' to create his religion. He named his god ALLAH, but the worship of the moon and the moon crescent as their 'symbol' make it seem more than coincidence.
Whether there is only coincidence in the name JEHOVAH (regent of the moon) and the name JEHOVAH in the Bible referring to the 'christian' GOD (as far as we know), is another story.

Pre-Islamic Arabia In pre-Islamic Arabia, Allah was used by Meccans as a reference to the creator-god, possibly the supreme deity.[21] Allah was not considered the sole divinity; however, Allah was considered the creator of the world and the giver of rain. The notion of the term may have been vague in the Meccan religion.[8] Allah was associated with companions, whom pre-Islamic Arabs considered as subordinate deities. Meccans held that a kind of kinship existed between Allah and the jinn.[22] Allah was thought to have had sons[23] and that the local deities of al-ʿUzzā, Manāt and al-Lāt were His daughters.[24] The Meccans possibly associated angels with Allah.[25][26] Allah was invoked in times of distress.[26][27] Muhammad's father's name was ʿAbd-Allāh meaning "the slave of Allāh".[26]
Most scholars believe "Jehovah" to be a late (ca. 1100 CE) hybrid form derived by combining the Latin letters JHVH with the vowels of Adonai, but some hold there is evidence that the Jehovah form of the Tetragrammaton may have been in use in Semitic and Greek phonetic texts and artifacts from Late Antiquity.[5][6] Others say that it is the pronunciation Yahweh that is testified in both Christian and pagan texts of the early Christian era
