I thought the press conference was great. I thought LaPierre did a great job.

This was not the time to act beligerent. This was not the time to begin any type of negotiations, especially as there is NOTHING to negotiate. If you want to negotiate my 2nd Amendment then I get to negotiate your 1st Amendment. Fair?

LaPierre correctly pointed to the moral rot in our society, such as the Kindergarten shooting game, Natural Born Killers, Kill Bill, etc. No one on the Left talks about this because they are made up of Lefties.

After the recent election the Left are FULL of themselves and this is their opportunity to go after us, period.

This will not stand!

Actor Jamie Foxx no doubt would restrict law-abiding citizens gun right. No doubt, Jamie Foxx hates the NRA.

Yet, Jamie Foxx recently told a national audience of young adults that, "I kill all the white people in the movie. How ​great is that?"

The cesspool known as Chicago probably has the toughest gun laws in the country, yet despite all the shootings, murders, and bloodshed, you never hear a peep about this from the corrupt state run media. In Chicago, there have been 446 school age children shot in leftist utopia run by Rahm Emanuel and that produced Obama, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, etc. 62 school aged children have actually been killed by crazed nuts in Chicago so far this year with almost two weeks to go. So why isn’t this news worthy? Is it because it would embarrass those anti second amendment...

Had one person - just one - been armed at that school, that lunatic would have been stopped. All those children would be alive and playing outside today. And had that lunatic not been able to steal those weapons, he'd have built a bomb, or hacked up the school with a machete. He wanted to kill, and he would have tried anything.

In quite a few States, I am almost certain you would be right.

There is hope for quite a few areas though...

At the school board meeting last night, the District I work for approved a Trap Shooting team for the first time in decades. Starts next spring. There were no objections and apparently the room was packed with parents as they were going to be addressing concerns about school safety as well.

Granted, we're fairly rural, but we're also a decent sized school district with about 3800 students and almost 500 staff.
