Look up Sarcasm. I did and the word “humor” is not mentioned in the meanings of the word. I think you are confused as to what sarcasm is.
Nothing wrong with recognizing both truths. Yes, conceal carry scenarios can give you much happier outcomes for the good guys, and we do need that. Though I wonder in this situation who could have helped. The first line if defense would ordinarily be the teacher, and if carrying and if not caught off guard and if mentally ready to shift gears instantly from child care to lethal defense and if lucky enough to get the first shot, then maybe things turn out differently.
But this scenario only exists because government schools under a compulsory rule put all those kids in one place, to pool not only their ignorance but their vulnerability. Historically, that is an aberration. Children for millennia have learned and learned well in much smaller and more age integrated groups. We live in a crazy world. Why give the insane and the criminal actor any tactical advantage?
This event is to horrific for words, an adult who could do this to young children is truly evil.
My God bless and comfort these families. This is a nightmare that nobody can prepare for.
re: “If not, adopt coprophagia and go to DU.”
Concealed carry is the issue here - not homeschooling. I have no issue with homeschooling - my wife and I homeschooled one of our children, it’s great, but it’s not the issue here no matter how much you let fly with the insults.
As to citing a homeschooled kid being murdered in their home, no I cannot give you a statistic or cite a specific case. I suppose if I googled it I could find some, but my point was not that homeschooling was less safe than a public or private school, my point was that a senseless murder or murders can happen anywhere - especially if the homeowner/teacher/shopper/jogger etc. is not armed.
That’s also my point - some of you homeschoolers (not all, but some) are rabid in using every single negative story to “prove” your point about homeschooling. Public schools are an easy target and they do deserve much of the criticism they get - but THIS??
What about that nut that killed all those people at a movie theater? What about the guy who killed the pastor and others at a church service??
Again - THIS IS NOT ABOUT HOMESCHOOLING!! It’s about the need for conceal carry of firearms.
Besides, I’ve never personally liked the taste of poop and I hate democrats so I guess I can’t take your kind suggestion.
Great reply to the homeschool agenda grabbers. Thanks Rusty.

So the problem could be solved by prohibiting teachers from breeding...
Makes as much sense as all the other proposals, plus it’s the one solution that involves no speculation about whether it would have worked in this situation.
Just heard on the news he shot his mother.
I do sidewalk counseling at an abortion clinic where an average week finds 35 babies mercilessly killed. Yes, we have turned a blind eye and our hearts have been hardened in this nation. Life has been completely devalued through the "choice" of abortion.
I cannot imagine the grief these parents are experiencing, nor can I comprehend the terror that these little ones who survived will carry with them throughout their lives. May God have mercy on them and comfort them.
I totally believe that's one of the primary sources of these mass shootings. Can't prove it, but there's a pattern emerging that can't be ignored.
I suspect this young man has a severe mental illness. The mental health gurus decided about 20 years ago that institutionalizing sufferers of mental illness is not a solution.
Young men,in this age group, suffer most. They don’t like the meds because the meds result in a numbness that is uncomfortable. So they don’t take them. What they think is real to them and they act on it.
Wish someone would study the correlation between these mass murders and mental health treatment.
It isn’t firearms. It is untreated mental health problems.
If you can be in an institution for weeks for a broken hip, why doesn’t it stand to reason that institutionalization for severe mental health problem an option?
Praying for the children, their families and loved ones, the teachers and first responders - may God hold them all close and help them deal with the horror.
I’d like to agree with you but unfortunately Fast and Furious already contains the most important elements of the so-called conspiracy theory and makes extensions of that theory plausible, even if not proven. In other words, it is on the menu of possibilities.
Sadly, I believe the current administration is capable of perpetrating this level of inhumanity. A brief survey of the history of Marxist regimes of the previous century should be enough to convince any rational person that there is a very real risk for the people attracted to such movements to value political goals more highly than innocent human life.
However, like you, I also believe that sometimes bad things, on a large scale, can happen without resort to any secretive explanation. There is such a thing as insanity, and it can occasionally manifest itself in the most painful of ways.
My own principle is to eliminate neither option until more is known. I am curious about the supposed second shooter, for example. That would mitigate against randomness. Or is he the fictional byproduct of the fog of war? Who knows. Time will tell.
why no pics of the perp yet?
Clown.

Second person.
Where is the mother of the shooters child?
It was said the mother was a teacher there.
I have read it started at a meeting in the office.
