Look at the title, it said “COULD THIS BE.” If you skimmed right by that you might wonder if it was talking about the current election.
I’m sure the corrupt Ubama FBI will get right on this, lol.
For example, this is a direct quote from a FReeper:

There is a systematic campaign to say that Obama won because people love Obama and hate conservatives. The fact the some precincts had turnout of 100% or greater and recorded over 99% of their votes for Obama is ignored. The fact that over 7 million likely voters supposedly didn't vote is ignored.
Some people just believe whatever the MSM tells them to believe.
I lean more towards the theory of drumming up mindless, zombie voters who can be easily persuaded with some ginned up horror story. Dishonesty yes, technical fraud not. Though there were doubtless some voters who shouldn’t have been there.
The blank ballots should ALL be counted and serialized so that you can’t ADD ballots into the mix. Maybe even special paper like money should be used. FEDERAL BALLOTS should be SEPARATE from state and local ballots, possibly even supplied by the federal government. the states can use whatever they want. Here in Florida, we had a FOUR PAGE BALLOT containing federal, state, and local races PLUS constitutional amendments, printed in their entirety on the ballot.
Also, ALL ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES should be BANNED in ALL FEDERAL ELECTIONS.......
The gentleman should have had an accident, requiring hospitalization , early in the morning.

We also need to make election day a national holiday and shut down all businesses. Then everyone has one day to vote, no more early voting. That, coupled with the inked fingers that does not fade for 48 hours and a mandatory Photo ID will keep election fraud down.

The only argument against this is that you want more other fraud. Racism will not work. If poor minorities can’t figure out how to get IDs, they shouldn’t be going to college.

The election results made no sense whatsoever. I suspect that the rats turned “ballot stuffing” on its head and focused as much on short-counting Republican ballots as they did on their usual fraudulent activities. A couple hundred “uncounted” Republican votes here, a couple hundred there, and pretty soon you are easily into the thousands.
Maybe we're going about this all wrong. Since turnout is the key we should be singing praises from the rooftops about how great it is that these precincts had over 90 to 100+% turnout. What's their secret so we can get our voters just as motivated. If we had a working media they could find out.

That's what I was wondering. Certainly there must be some sort of check unless they have them re-register at every stop.
I live in a county where the little old church ladies run the polling, so we don't have to worry about voter fraud.
