Drudge had up a map today of the land areas(counties) that were won by Romney. It is clear to me that the large urban centers are committing fraud and determining the election.

I lean more towards the theory of drumming up mindless, zombie voters who can be easily persuaded with some ginned up horror story. Dishonesty yes, technical fraud not. Though there were doubtless some voters who shouldn’t have been there.

I have no doubt that the RATs are committing fraud. I'm not convinced they are "determining the election" given the fact that they are committing fraud in districts that have historically voted RAT at near perfect numbers. Do the math!
