Actually taxes will go up, Deal or no deal, obamacare, Bush tax-cuts expire. Only the posturing is on the table. Expect tax increases, even though Boehner could stop them. Boehner could defund the entire government, and shut it down. Much doubt Boehner has the foresight. Dingy Harry has the Senate. The zer0 crowd voted for tax increases.
