Many of us could not imagine that Romney could lose this election, especially after four years of Obamas radical Marxism and its social and fiscal consequences that America will NEVER recover from. All the hype and all the Romney rallies; it indeed looked like a sure victory for Romney except for one equation, the Evangelical vote. We here at the IFB have talked back and forth among ourselves since the RNC convention and with others also in the know; that if the Evangelical vote did not show up on Nov. 6th the jig would be up and Romney would lose big and indeed he has.
Remember, the GOP and Romney gave NO place to the Evangelical vote at the RNC convention. They outright snubbed us and that act rubbed Evangelicals the wrong way.
Remember, the GOP and Romney gave NO place to the Evangelical vote at the RNC convention. They outright snubbed us and that act rubbed Evangelicals the wrong way. The Evangelical vote consists of the TRUE social and moral conservatives of the party (i.e., the Right). Romney and the GOP also gave very little time to the Tea Party who is the heart of the grass root movement and the engine of the Party! The viewer ratings for the 2012 RNC convention were way down, some 40% and many of us- including myself - did not watch one lick of it. Why should we have? We knew what we were getting and many of us felt dissd being left out as we were. That in its self should have set off warning bells to the RNC but in all honesty many of us who are Evangelicals were still going to vote for Romney holding our nose. It is our duty as Believers and an Americans to be salt and light (Matt. 5:13-16) and even though Romney was who he was; he was the better choice still and the lesser of the two evils for our nation. We were not going to trust in a Romney win but that a Romney win would slow down the final deterioration of our nation.
Many Evangelicals who voted for Bush in 2000 and in 2004 felt betrayed by his agreeing with and passing many of the Marxist policies of the progressive Left. To this day it still has left a bad taste in our mouth and many have NOT forgotten it. Evangelicals felt betrayed and many did not vote for McCain in 2008 which gave Marxist Obama the victory. When you add the convention snub of Romney and the GOP that was the straw that broke the elephants back.

Now we come to today, the day after the election and we once more again see that the Evangelical vote has stayed home; and in doing so have given Obama another four years to finish the job of transforming our nation and fundamentally changing our culture and way of life which includes the elimination of sound biblical Christianity. I know I am going to get a ton of hate mail for this statement, but SHAME ON YOU for sitting home and not choosing to be light and exercising your God given right to vote (Matt. 5:13-16)! I know all sides of this argument and there is still absolutely NO excuse (Matt. 5:13-16). Your self righteous pride, biblical ignorance and foolishness has open wide the door now for Christian persecution in our nation and the end of the freedoms we have for the furtherance of the Gospel. My friends, indeed the Day of the Lord is at hand, but WOE to any who seek to bring it about who call on the Name of Jesus Christ by being idol and slothful. This is NOT a sanctification matter and God will hold you accountable for hiding your light and voice.
In the end, this 2012 election has revealed without a shadow of a doubt that the Evangelical element has lost its salt and light and that America has absolutely no problem in FULL LIGHT re-electing a radical progressive secular Marxists to reign over us.

I think of Samuel when all of Israel wanted a king and not the Lord (1 Sam. 8). It broke his heart and rightly so! He knew what was coming. Thus America in this election has said quite loudly that we DO NOT want the God given freedom to exercise what our Founding Fathers envisioned, which was based on the Laws of Nature and of Natures God. In doing so we have REJECTED the Judeo/ Christian values and ideals which once made this country great. We have now as a nation fully taken on the mantle of Lawlessness and the spirit of Anti Christ as our nations ideology and culture.
Indeed, we as Evangelicals will now see what we must surely endure under lawless administration of Barack H. Obama and many Evangelicasl will be sifted and found wanting. That there... you can take to the bank!
The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
Beloved I wish above all else that you PROSPER and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 2:1
also Joseph of Arimethea, and Lazarus and his sisters Mary and Martha were very rich friends of Jesus but he never condemned them ..
God doesnt mind us having riches...He just doesnt want the riches to “have” us...
Poverty is a lie right out of Hell...
How can we help others of we have nothing ourselves ???
Well if the idea was to elect a “Christian king” we wouldnt be electing Willard...
Willard is not a Christian...
Hes of another entirely different religion, Mormonism...
Listen you are the one who proclaims your holiness as poverty-you made the ignorant charge - prove it
You would be correct. I will have nothing to do with Mitt.
Nana don’t even bother ‘master’ revels in his poverty, it brings him self righteousness, (sorta like the pharisees). he believes himself ever so holy because he strives to be poor.
There s NOTHING Christian about mormonISM.
mormonISM’s foundation is anti-Christian
Well, they didnt in the 7 years I lived there, and failed again when I visited in October...

Well maybe they didnt like you enough...
Brigham Young said if the Mormons liked their neighbors they would spill their blood...
or something along that line...
Brigham always was a strange one...
Well I obviously struck a nerve considering how many words you are putting in my mouth.
They can probably tell from your postings that you are harmless.
It gives the bystanders something to do while Gomorrah slouchs by...
SOMEbody's been checking me out...
Y’all probably SHOULD stay out of Utah. Not because anyone will try to murder you, but because the locals will freak out when you start peeing on yourself with fear any time someone looks at you.
Sorry; but I just LOVE Utah!
It is my favorite place to vacation!
Right UBIE??
Sorry honey that’s what you said, I just said it better (put words in your moth), you can thank me now.
You mean you DARE to enter Utah, knowing that hordes of Danites are ready to sweep down from the hills and murder the innocent Gentiles crossing ‘their’ land?
Yet you post again and again about how Mormons want to kill their neighbors.
Maybe you don’t believe what you post?
I spent a week there in October, and didn’t see a single Danite Raider! Spent some time with my room mate from college, who is an evangelical living in an almost all LDS town (since 1980)...and the only ones trying to drive him out are the BLM & USFS!
Golly! Maybe Mormons DON’T patrol the Interstates, looking for broken down travelers to kill.
There’s one spot I love
Which haunts me more each day
When I’m far away
My thoughts begin to stray
A cool canyon breeze
And crystal mountain streams
Valleys in the west
The land I love the best.
Oh, My favorite spot is Utah
Land of my fondest dreams
Sweet memories lie
Beneath that western sky
Close by a canyon stream
This is my home
And should I ever roam
I’ll hurry back to my mountain sheltered Utah shack
Oh, my favorite spot is Utah
Utah is the place for me!
Winter is starting in Utah. Ten minutes ago from the deck.
Mocking does your argument no good.
I am actually heading to Utah in a few weeks for a short term mission with Tminusfour. I LOVE Utah, there are so many hungering for the truth.
However, you make like of the fact about being murdered, many of us in ministry to the LDS DO receive death threats from active, faithful Mormons. Also, there are several cases of Mormons murdering their own and apostates as a result of blood atonement doctrine.
The blood atonement thingy is really only for apostates.
I don’t fear Mormons at all, nor do I fear death (even being martyred) by a Mormon or anyone else. I feel pity and sorrow for Mormons because they are happily headed for eternity in Hell.
At least I care enough about Mormons to tell them the truth...apparently I care more about your Mormon ‘friends’ than you do.
“At least I care enough about Mormons to tell them the truth...apparently I care more about your Mormon friends than you do.”
Nope. We talked at great length, and no one tried to kill me. Several were told to break off their friendship, but no one was told to kill me. The arguments made on this thread have been so over the top and outlandish that no Mormon I ever met would bother to listen to them. The hysteria and bitterness displayed on this thread brings no honor to Christ. The insults and attacks made honor only the Father of Lies.
