It’s about time the residents of PA atoned for Arlen Spectre.
Re Dave Plouffe or whatever. We have adopted a neighborhood cat, a mixed Persian and something else, which we named “Fluffy” (aka Plouffe).
On ocassion, his tail stinks from his poop hitting it when he goes. This definitely reminds me of David Plouffe, a stinky ahole.
The difference is that our Fluffy is much smarter than Stinky, never lies to us, and earns its keep by getting rid of mice and rats. Maybe we should send him and the rest of our “pride” of cats over to the White House to do a lot of house cleaning.
Dear Lord please let Romney take PA AND TOM SMITH TOO!
ROMNEY WILL BE IN PITTSBURGH TOMORROW!!!!!!! No time or place yet but Fox says he will be here.
That gets coverage in 3 states. He wouldn’t be here if he didn’t think he had a good chance!
If R & R win PA the landslide will ensue...
I am putting all my hope on Romney based on what Michael Barone is saying. I have that much respect for him, will not rib him if he is wrong for sure!!!!
But back to topic of Toomey...What else would he say....Could he say anything but? :)
I hope so. 2004 was a big disappointment...I thought for sure PA would have gone for Bush’s second term. 2008 was a for sure for Obama which I knew from the beginning so it was not as much of a disappointment. However, if PA does not go for Romney in 2012 then I give up on my state that I lived in for most of my life.
Well it won’t be just like 2008 or 2010. It won’t be like 2008 since obama’s appeal has faded. It won’t be like 2010 because fewer people vote in non-presidential election cycles. I just hope it is MORE like 2010 than 2008.
With the disruptive effects of Sandy on the five boroughs of NYC and on North Jersey, RAT strongholds, he might even get New York, New jersey or BOTH!

Whose making sure that the next U.S. Senate is controlled by conservatives in the U.S. Senate? I feel as if the U.S. Senate races are being ignored, and, if the Democrats and RINOS maintain control of the U.S. Senate, then, it’s going to be very difficult to impossible to repeal ObamaCare, pick conservatives for federal judicial openings, cut taxes, cut and reduce red tape and government regulations, shrink government, etc.!
I think Toomey is right. While it is true that some of the SE PA counties are getting bluer, like Chester and Berks counties, the central and particularly the western parts of the State are getting redder. Much redder. In 2004, Kerry beat Bush 57-42 in Allegheny county (Pittsburgh). In 2008, when Obama swamped McCain everywhere, he beat him in Allegheny county 57-42. In fact, in some SW PA counties, McCain actually outperformed Bush. The only thing I can think of is not that they like John McCain, but that those counties are trending more heavily GOP. Or, it could be that PA basically hates Obama. Hillary easily beat him in the 2008 primaries, and he underperformed in the 2008 general election compared to other places in the country.
This time around, Romney should be able to pile up huge vote margins in central and western PA to offset Philadelphia. SW PA is similar to West Virginia, and they hate Obama in West Virginia. I am upping my chances for a Romney victory in PA to 60%. Hope I’m not wrong.
I live in Florida but I donated to Pennsylvania chapter of Americans for Prosperity. Romney will win Florida!
FR will be jammed up tomorrow! Remember, click just Once to post!
If Romney wins Pennsylvania and Ohio, he almost certainly wins the election.
I was in Morrisville. It was electric!
