MSNBC president Phil Griffin apologized Thursday after host Chris Matthews called Charles and David Koch pigs in a segment with Rep. Ed Markey Wednesday.
Griffin apologized for Matthews crass language to Mark Holden, general counsel for Koch Industries, Inc., according to Newsbusters. Griffin said that Matthews would not be required to apologize to the Kochs.
In the exchange Wednesday, Matthews called the Kochs pigs, and said he is in the business of name calling, after Princeton professor Michael Oppenheimer declined to join Matthews:
MARKEY: The Koch brothers want Romney, and Romney has promised, to roll back those fuel economy incentives. It endangers the planet. And its going to endanger young men and women who have to go to the Middle East to import the oil from there rather than backing it (ph).
MATTHEWS: Well, Professor Oppenheimer, back in the 60s, we called such people pigs. Pigs. No, really, they dont care about the planet, they dont care about the destruction of war. All they want is what they got, their stuff. And they want more of it. Is that what were facing here, just greed? Im not talking about the guy working in the coalmine. Thats hard work. Im talking about people who wont listen to you, wont listen to science because they want more stuff.

You have THAT right! I just wish I had the stomach to be able to watch MSNBC so I could watch them fall like dominoes.
There was an episode not long ago with that lesbo Maddow. I can’t remember what it was about but you could tell she had eaten her Wheaties, stayed up the entire night before and was hunkered in for a long night. But whatever it was, it was over in just a few minutes and she was absolutely stunned. She apparently hadn’t planned on whatever it was (wish I could remember!) being over so quickly and didn’t have Plan B so she was scrambling with her guests.
I only tuned in to see her meltdown. It was like seeing Holy Water thrown in the devil’s face. Her jaw kept dropping and you could see the wheel’s spinning as she tried to process a total failure on her show. Good times. Heh.
Back in the mid-90s MSNBC was actually a decent channel to watch.
Hardball was actually a sane chat show too.
Now I wont even watch a 30 second clip of either on YouTube.
“How I wish Daniel Patrick Moynihan was still alive to remind this fool of the manners he tried to teach him.”
YES! Although I completely disagreed with him on political issues, I had a great deal of respect for DPM. He’d be appalled by what’s going on now.
I don’t watch those shows. I rarely watch tv. (I’m hooked on Everyone Loves Raymond right now.) All my info is from the internet. I have high blood pressure, I really don’t need to increase it. I couldn’t pick Maddow out of a line up. Sounds like Dracula and a cross.
Was it when Scott Brown won in 2010? I remember her and Chrissie were pretty upset then....

And all journo-sluts at MSNBC are....

And it's going to take one of these to fix the problem of media bias....

Have a nice day...
But please, MSNBC, leave him on the air. The comedy relief is wonderful. ;~))
Pigs? The Koch brothers could buy that piss-ant network with their spare change and turn it into sausage.
Er...uh....umm....PANTYWAIST. Mr. Tingles wears ladies’ panties, dontcha know. The fact that in order to get something that fits, he has to buy OLD LADIES’ bloomers in the “Portly” Department shouldn’t be held against him. I think the Brits call them “knickers”. Bwaaa-haaa-ha-ha!
Even some retard like Matthews who has a TV program is paid in seven figures. He has the audacity to complain about the rich people???
Sexual perversion is not the greatest state to maintain sanity and professionalism, either.
Retards like Tingles invented hypocrisy.
Course it’s ok for Commie Chris to get his stuff by making millions for the Party.
Pray for America
