As the area around NYC disintegrates under the incompetence of Bloomberg and Obama, violence is increasing over gas, food, water, clothing, and shelter. The mayor of Yonkers has just issued an order rationing gasoline to 10 gallons per customer as thousands stand in line with gas cans, waiting to buy some.
Meanwhile, the NY Marathon has three huge generators comfortably running the tents and appliances set-up for the marathon next week. If the people running the Marathon weren't so selfish, they would postpone the the Marathon and donate these generators to help Staten Island and Yonkers. But they won't, because Libs running a PC marathon don't care about others' suffereing.
THANK GOD I LEFT YONKERS!
You honestly think all this is because of 2 people?
I think Mitt needs to show up with his 1% friends and pass out cans of gasoline and buy some votes.
why not?
Katrina was all 1 guy’s fault....
Martial law before monday.
Has anybody seen or heard of any activities at the fema regional camps ?
right
and jackass bloomberg MCing the entire travesty.
Yep ! Now that’s Obama’s fault !
Since HE and hese media accomplices have tried to present the president as the Savior and the fake god father of the nation(for electoral goals) , then he must take all the responsability
There was a FReeper who heard this rumor yesterday. They were right.
Gangrene always starts at the extremities.
I don’t really get this. The land area of Yonkers, NYC, etc. is not that large.
Unless the bridges are still unpassable, get to the mainland, drive 30 miles and get all the gas you want. Go to Scarsdale, Greenwich, Brewster, Rye, etc.
I live literally on the border of NYC / Yonkers and its CRAZY here. Lines, lines, lines, lines, lines like you can’t imagine.
That was me. I was driving down the main blvd in Yonkers last night - 7 mile strip and EVERYTHING was locked down. Some stations had police standing outside.
This is how NorthWest Arkansas TV is report on FEMA.
I’m about 30 miles north of Yonkers in Putnam County and there is plenty of gas here. There are some lines around the rush hours but they aren’t that long. I gas up after 9 PM and there is no problem.
I don’t see how they open the 4 or 5 for weeks if not months. The 4 + 5 are literally the main business lines for the subway for wall street, union square, brooklyn bridge, brooklyn, the courts, etc.
The parking garages are all flooded out and you can’t drive in manhattan now unless you have 3 people in the car.
Total clusterF$%^ all around.
It was you!
Stay safe my FRiend.
I’m good. I’m mentally and physically strong, have good preparations but still have to get around.
Its a real pain in the neck.
