State Dept: Texas can’t arrest international election observers

International election observers planning to visit Texas polling places have “full immunity” from being arrested in the United States, the State Department said when discussing a letter from the Texas Attorney General.

“I’m not going to get into any kind of hypothetical situations or predict where this is going to go other than to say we have every expectation that this will be worked out and to state the fact, which is that under U.S. law they are eligible for immunities,” said State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland. Reporters tried to get her to state explicitly that Texas could not arrest election observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), but Nuland would only reiterate that OSCE observers have full immunity.

Attorney General Greg Abbott, R-Texas, warned OSCE that it “may be a criminal offense for OSCE’s representatives to maintain a presence within 100 feet of a polling place’s entrance,” as The Hill noted.

I just got this in an email. Looks like the fraud we may need to look for may be in the electronic voting machines themselves - causing fraud in favor of Democrats. I apologize if anything like this already posted on this thread. I found this so alarming and sickening! I always check every page even if I vote “straight ticket”, but how many people may not have?

Dear Friends-
A good friend of mine just called me after having voted early at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. The early voting here in Dallas is all electronic - no paper backup. She pressed the straight party Republican button, and the machine asked whether she wanted to review her ballot before pressing the “VOTE” button, and she did, only to find that her vote had been recorded as straight Democrat ticket. She called the election judge over, and he watched as she re-did her ballot. The same thing happened again! She had to change all her votes manually to vote Republican. (I personally don’t think straight ticket is a good option, because down-ballot races are unduly affected by the top of the ticket, but that’s another story.) A high percentage of voters vote early, and I think all voters, no matter their candidate preference, should be urged to check their ballots carefully before pressing “VOTE”. I don’t trust electronic voting machines; one can’t really know what is going on inside. When you fill out a paper ballot, you KNOW how your vote is recorded, and there is backup available if a recount is needed.

This is being reported all over the country and always in favor of the DNC. I suggest everyone video their vote experience with their cell phone if possible.

Electoral discrimination against minorities so as to be able to have UN intervention
As was accomplished in the Kenya election by Khofi Anan. This resulted in Kenyas’s elected government having to share power with a sub strata of unconstitutional,illegally installed Islamofascists lead by Odinga/Obama’s Orange party.

This is how coupes are organized these days by fascists. Texas is quite right to want nothing to do with them. Many of the places these observers will be present are in swing states.

Almost every day for the last four years, something is revealed that makes me think, that’s got to be the last straw; and now there is the final insult, UN election observers, as if the US was some kind of third-world cess-pit like Zimbabwe.
