This is a big 'if'.

I would wait until next week polls before getting too confident about PA.

He needs a wider margin than that to overcome the crooked Philly voting.

I've come to be very cynical about Philly vote totals. They are always so convenient. Until we get Voter ID, and particularly until we get some people going to jail for vote fraud, it ain't gonna change.

But if on election night PA is called for Romney, it's over.

It will be hard to get that truck to Hawaii. I wonder how many R keys will have to be replaced if Obama doesn’t cheat enough.

Its real. Two things are happening: Reagan Democrats in western PA counties are turning their backs on Obama and the all-important suburbs around PHL and PB are looking favorably upon Romney.

If he can get those two, he’ll carry the state.

I think Romney is probably up by 7+ and if the Democrats are really demoralized, he could take the state by 10+.

No Republican will ever take PA in a squeaker. Philly will always produce enough votes to take the Dem over the top if it's anywhere near close. If it looks like Romney will win PA beyond the ability of Philly to cheat, then the cheaters will stay home and save their money, and Romney will carry the state by a large margin.

The clue as to which will happen will come from the Philly precincts. If they hold off their numbers until everybody else has reported in, they will cheat. If they report Philly early, that means they decided not to try.

Up 4 in PA?, I’ll maybe believe this when I see Obama back in PA campaigning.

If it was close it wouldn’t matter.

I’d love to see the Obama campaign’s internals though. My bet is they don’t look very good.

And this was a poll that oversampled D’s by 6+ and he was still behind!

I’d love to see what the real world figures look like. Its big news!

Also North East Maryland and North Central Maryland... opps.. I mean O'Malleyland.

I live in Baltimore County, MD. I have voted Libertarian in three of the last four elections. Didn't like Dole, wasn't happy with Bush in '04 and didn't like McCain. It is easy to make these protest votes as MD always goes to the Democrat by 10-20 points. I see a wave developing this year, however. I will absolutely vote for Romney (Ryan as VP helps) as I believe there is a small chance that this wave hits states no one expected. PA is Romney's, barring anything crazy happening in the next three weeks. There have been no recent polls in places like MD and NJ. The Gallup numbers for the white vote, Jewish vote and tightening of the female vote are pointing to a possible landslide. My vote might actually count this year, and I cannot withhold a vote for the man who is our chance to rid ourselves of Obama, my own differences with Romney aside.

PA, NH, VA, OH, WI and FL are going for Romney. I think the shock and awe will come when a state or two like MD, NJ or OR comes along for the ride.

I think its going to be a blowout and Obama’s numbers are sagging.

Congressional Democrats are terrified. They’re going to make every excuse they can not to appear with him. They’re looking at losing the Senate.

Romney’s coattails might just sweep the GOP into control of the Senate. That hasn’t happened since 1980.

Being from the Philly area, the reason why I wanted Romney nominated from Day 1 is that Mitt and Ann do not scare suburban women. You know, the types in Philly who vote against their own husband’s paycheck due to environmental issues or abortion etc.

Unlike every other GOP prospect this cycle, Romney was uniquely suited to play on Blue Turf.

And now we are witnessing that impact.

Yup... Maryland might be the upset this year when no one was looking.
Looks like the Obama 2012 Campaign will have to take money and resources from Ohio, PA, VA, and put into Maryland because even Maryland might be up for grabs.

Congressional Democrats are terrified

There are NO Democrats running in Indiana, not a one.

I've seen all their advertisements, television, radio, and print, and there isn't a single mention by a candidate that they are a Dem.

The Democrat "brand" is about as desirable as herpes, apparently.

Tell people, if they can't get hold of Romney/Ryan signs then they can make their own home made signs..
We are not like the Liberals/Democrats waiting for government to come and help and intervene.
Remember that old commercial or spoof of when these people get stuck on a escalator and they called out for help ?

Give a fish to someone, they eat for the day, teach someone to fish and they eat for a lifetime.

" Up 4 in PA?, I’ll maybe believe this when I see Obama back in PA campaigning. "

To late,, Obama might have to start pouring money and resources into Maryland now.
Maryland now ? the thin Blue line... could turn purple now.

My gut says "no way...", but the little bit that I've been driving around the area (I70-I270 corridor, a trip into Baltimore), I've seen almost no signs/stickers in MD for either candidate.

That would be a massive upset...
