... Throughout the debate the vice president explained to the American people what all the president has accomplished and, in the process, inspired Democrats to recall the presidents success and remember that although Obama may have had one bad day of debating, he has had an amazing four years of leading.
This powerful closing statement, coupled with Bidens statements during the debate, exemplified the fundamental differences between Obama and Romney, between a We are in this together mentality and You are on your own mindset. More importantly, Biden repositioned the theme of this election to the singular challenges facing America rising income inequality and falling social mobility. These hurdles threaten the American dream, leave many Americans struggling to give their children an opportunity to succeed, and trap millions in an inescapable cycle of poverty. By transforming the narrative, outlining the presidents accomplishments, and contrasting the Obama-Biden vision with that of Romney-Ryan, Biden energized Democrats and refocused this election on the insidious inequality that excludes numerous Americans from reaching their dreams.

She studies classics but does not see history repeating itself.
After reading this article the only thing I could think of was, “and now a word from Professor Irwin Corey”
The infection of liberalism is spreading far and wide....we conservatives are becoming dinosaurs.
I can understand why a liberal student would be impressed with Joe’s debate performance.
Jerky Joe acted like an irresponsible, unruly class clown for the entire debate.
Neeraj is probably a Muslim, and is consequently mandated to vote for his fellow Muslim. Remember, students supported Occupy Wall Street. Make sure you do the opposite of what they do.
Must be why he seemed to morph from Bozo the Clown to Mephistopheles when he began discussing abortion. The ubiquitous laughter was suddenly replaced with a weird, almost whispery, delivery when he began discussing his base's favorite sacrament, the legal "right" to murder the unborn.
Liberals are always there when they need me.
Rice University... same thing as Berkley on the Bayou to me but with a much higher price tag.
This foreign trash is irrelevant to me and should be to anyone else.
This does not matter to sicko-libs. Their brainwashing from 5 to 21 yrs of age has them zombied to the regime. We aren't talking a few anymore. It's close to 50%.
Neeraj Salhotra has the makings of an excellent democrat politician.
This piece really needed a (BARF ALERT!!!)
People like Neeraj Salhotra are ruining this country. His parents like so many others came to U.S. to reap the benefits of hard work and opportunity and to run away from semi-socialist governments.
Here he is, turning this country to what his parents escaped from. Shame on him and his generation.
Weekly Standards Mark Hemingway: Joe Bidens laughing through talking about Iran sanctions?
Washington Examiners Philip Klein: Bidens strategy seems to be to laugh at Ryan constantly. Will it work to infantalize Ryan, or backfire like Gore sighing?
NBCs David Gregory: Bidens smile is out of control.
BuzzFeeds Ben Smith: So did Biden practice laughing at Ryan???
ABCs Rick Klein: Biden on verge of breaking down in laughter when Ryan talks.

Townhall.coms Guy Benson: Will Biden laugh his ass off at the terrible economy, too?
MSNBCs S.E. Cupp: Biden needs to laugh a little less through the Libya, Middle East, nuclear Iran segment.
Washington Posts Chris Cillizza: Ok. I have decided. I find the Biden smile slightly unsettling.
PBS Jeff Greenfield: Biden has always had a smile that at times is really, really inappropriate.
Washington Examiners Paul Bedard: Cant tell yet if Bidens smirking, laughs, eye-rolling, head shaking, works for him or not against the oh-so-young looking eager Ryan.
Former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer: Biden is at risk of having his laugh come across like Gores sighs. He should knock it off.
The New York Times Ashley Parker: Bidens grin is Chesire Cat caliber.
Republican strategist Ron Bonjean: Biden laughing does not come off with the intended effect. It is actually hurting him. Looks very condescending.

My post to Neeraj:
Whenever you give them the shot, theyve done it. Theyve done it. Whenever youve leveled the playing field, theyve been able to move.
Neeraj, the comments I make below are not meant to be a personal attack against you or your family. I am sure you are the product of a good family and I wish you well in life.
Neeraj, what part of the playing field is not level? What opportunity have you not had in life? You are enrolled at Rice University. A lot of students have to go to community college. Is that a level playing field? Are you more advantage than those students? Maybe your parents made you study more than the next kid in your class. Or maybe you like to study more than the next kid. Is that fair?
Did you go to the library more than another kid in your class? It is available to all and free. If you did is that fair? Maybe your parents are both college educated and work white collar jobs that pay more than some of your friends families. Is that fair that they worked harder? Should that be taken from them?
I don’t know if your family was born in the U.S. but I ask this. If not, why did they leave their native country? Why didn’t they chose Cuba or Venezuela as a destination? It’s because they have a level playing field....no one gets ahead there.
If you believe in this shared philosophy of the democrats I ask the following question: Would you like it if some of your GPA was taken and given to a student who barely is making a 1.5 GPA because they don’t/won’t study, like to stay out and party all of the time? How much longer would you continue to study if this happened to you?
If you are unwilling to have your GPA shared in this manner, I suggest you re-evaluate your observation of the debate last night.
To the extent that today’s Democrat base are fans of rude, crude, in-your-face, 1960’s SDS sit-in tactics, the writer may have a point.
What has this haji been learning in American college? If he thinks the performance by Plugs constitutes a persuasive argument, he is wasting his time and money.
Of those switching their vote because of last nights debate:
59% are going with Romney.
THANKS for sharing...
This is what “you can’t seeeeee meeeee” looks like when it gets to college.
“the insidious inequality that excludes numerous Americans from reaching their dreams”
The author, as with most leftists/democRat supporters, doesn’t understand that “inequality” is a result of LIBERTY.
