Al-Qaeda released a Sept. 11 anniversary video declaring the United States is at war with Islam and that American Muslims should brace for a “holocaust,” U.S. monitors said Wednesday.
The video, which features al-Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri as well as its American spokesman Adam Gadahn, is entitled “Truth has Come and Falsehood has Perished” and was posted on jihadist forums, according to SITE and IntelCenter.
According to a SITE transcript, Gadahn rejects President Barack Obama’s assertion that the United States is not at war with Islam because “America is crystal-clear about its opposition to Islam as a political system.”
Referring to U.S. drone strikes, he says: “Today, American Muslims are being killed in Yemen, tomorrow they’re going to be killed (by the U.S. government) in New York and Los Angeles. Get ready for the holocaust.”
The video, which also features al-Qaeda officials Ustadh Ahmad Farooq and Maulvi Asim Umar, also argues that the United States is facing defeat on various battlefronts, according to the monitors.
It totals more than 90 minutes in Arabic, English and Urdu, and comes a day after Zawahiri issued a video eulogizing Abu Yahya al-Libi, his late deputy and propaganda chief who was killed in a drone strike in June.
Gadahn, also known as Azzam the American, was born in 1978. He is a native of southern California and has appeared in several videotapes for al-Qaeda since 2004.
Egyptian Zawahiri, a former eye surgeon, took charge of the extremist group following the death of Osama bin Laden, who was killed by U.S. special forces in May 2011.
Not as long as Obama is in office.
It is a DISGRACE that 0bama has UNDONE all that the Bush administration did to shore up our offenses and defenses against terrorism. 0bama has taken us back to the days before the attack on the WTC.
The islamists know how to play the American media game. Commit an atrocity then cry about the possiblity of a backlash against innocent muslims.

A holocaust against muslims is exactly what's needed - but will never happen; at least, not one originated from the West. Maybe the Chinese will ultimately apply their unique brand of ideological cleansing to the problem.

We’re going to rue the day we allowed large numbers of the followers of Islam into the United States. The home grown ones were bad enough. Much of it turns out to be a more or less anti-U.S. exercise when all is said and done anyway.
We won’t target anyone but if we did target American Moslems I actually wouldn’t read any of the news about it.

We should get the hell out of ALL third world Islamic hellholes and get EVERY MUSLIM out of this country. 11 years after 9-11 there should not be a single mosque or Muslim n the US. Instead we put the enemy in the White House.
Now an ambassador is dead because we don’t defend our Embassies any better than our borders. All Americans in Islamic countries are target. Dealing with them at all is suicide.
