Obama's father was a British subject, and at birth he inherited British/Kenyan citizenship from him as well as US citizenship from his mother.
Suppose the UK or Kenya grants Obama diplomat status...

According to Mexico George Romney did not lose his Mexican citizenship when he became a US citizen and according to Mexican law the children of Mexican citizens are Mexican citizens.
Mitt Romney is a dual citizen.

He’s not the first American to accept a Nobel Peace Prize, not by a long shot. Teddy Roosevelt, Jimmy Carter, Al Gore and several others have, just off the top of my head. Did he deserve his? Of course not, but that’s not the point.
