To me, this was not a speech at all. It was a man on the stage, who had the attentention of those in attendance. Love Mr. Eastwood, always have. If I Thought this was a speech I would be disappointed, however, I feel it was a man who was invited to speak at the RNC, which is exactly what he did.

Of course, now I'm sure the empty chair is racist.
The alphabets and historians will cover this for a very long time - not so much for what Clint said or his manner of speech, but simply what and who he represented and that he had the audacity to compare the Chosen One to an empty chair at the RNC Convention on Prime Time TV with millions of people watching.
A recordable and memorable moment in history. Kudos to whomever thought this up.

Absolutely loved Clint’s “performance art”! Truly brilliant and it was a page out of Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals - to beat an opponent, first you have to ridicule him. And, I don’t believe that I’ve ever seen Obama truly skewered like that, in public, on a huge stage, by a cultural icon! Plus, notice the DemoMarxists’ and their Acolyte MSM’s vile has been totally directed at an octogenarian who is beloved by members of his generation (hint: senior voters!!!). My only negative: I wish Clint could have given that Dirty Harry stare to COTUS (Chair of the United States) and softly threatened: “Do you feel lucky punk?? Well, do ya??”

I’m a long time Clint fan and was a supportive constituent when he was my mayor in 1986-87. But, I was uncomfortable with this performance. It had some zingers, yet I didn’t think it fit, or complimented the evening slate.
rightside, 1/2 way down
I just voted on it.

Can someone quickly design a postcard that we can print out and....we’ll send them to the Whitehouse. No message necessary. Addressing “Occupant” would be sufficient.
