Ca used to be a great place.
I am more than willing to vote for Romney, regardless of his religion. We are, after all, electing a political leader, not a spiritual leader.
So I’d like for him to keep it that way.
I would assume that you know something about Mormonism. If so, you know that there are beliefs that are, to put it mildly, odd and far out of the mainstream.
Romney can follow whatever ideology he chooses; that’s one of our most precious guarantees. But he is highly vulnerable to Democrat attempts to put a spotlight on the wackiness of Mormonism, including the magic underwear, mythical gold plates, and, of course, Kolob. Continually bringing it up when unnecessary and stressing how immersed he is in it is opening that door.
Surely his friends could tell their stories of his largesse without cloaking it in Mormonism. They leave the impression that his social circle is confined to his church.
In addition, repeatedly throwing his religion in our faces causes those of us who think that it is bonkers to once more question his good judgement. That is a serious concern, not insecurity.
Kerry Healey (R-MA) speaking now on C-SPAN. FoxNews decided not to show it.
Clint is there. They showed him on camera more than a hour ago.
LOL. Let ‘em go Hollyweird with all that hate!
Such a turn off.
Going Islamic!
Praise God! I’m celebrating!
Clint is on right before Romney.
Me too...
The bane of my existence....
Along with husband right now.
I wish I would have seen the pictures!
We have a WINNER!!
Please stop by the front desk on your way out to claim your valuable prize!!
C-SPAN is the only way to watch the ENTIRE convention. They are showing it all, not just the parts they want you to see.
Clint is a libertarian, but this is a General election and we need to appeal to those folks.
I'm listening to Sean now hoping to see Sarah,Ann is on now. She's kicking Juan's ass pretty good!Juan apparently strapped into the crashmobile and ready to run up against the wall again....
Is Romney going to give up his POTUS salary???
Are you referring to evangelicals?
But you see, if his Mormonism isn’t brought up, they will say he has something to hide.
Agree
Love that CSpan - no commercials and no idiot talking heads!
I can make up my own mind, I don’t need anyone to tell me what to think
You gotta see it to believe it..
Praise God, it’s been COLD here.
I’m dying for some sunny weather....LOL.
Anything under 80 degrees is COLD for me.
OKay, Rubio and Romney = see you then!
Hi onyx! Glad you are getting your power back! I wish we’d get some of that rain!
