GHW wanted to be the "education president" and W gave us "No Child Left Behind." There's clearly a familial theme.
Of those speakers I've seen, the Jeb segment was the first that smacked of tokenism.
It’s a slow time...
The life of the party Grant Bennett now talking.
A Bar, at a Romney convention? Surely you jest!
Whose idea was it to put this droopy deputy dog on the stage?
Mitt could never follow Reagan. He'd look too small and inconsequential.
He is reminding me of someone....from Seinfeld....I’ll remember....
YES! We have both here.
They need to lay off the Mormon stuff. Big time mistake.
I’m glad this guy isn’t in prime time.
True.
(sssshhhhh, if they’d put Ryan next to President Reagan we would have seen all the similarities...)
It’s been a snoozer, thus far.
Wow, what a bunch of Debbie Downers.
Ah! The guy who made the bouquet from Mr. Costanza’s TV guide! Did I watch too much Seinfeld?
DOn’t look now, but one of Clints garden gnomes is on the stage speaking!
BTW, I remember that night clearly. I was only 17 years old and still too young to vote. If I remember, the previous speakers were boring as hell so there is still hope for tonight.
these twins are more entertaining

He could use a cup of coffee.
Hehe ... Couldn’t resist.
3 years ago I was working at a thrift store. I found 20 letters a young man had sent to his parents while serving in VietNam in 1966.They were suppose to be thrown away but I asked and they let me take them home to try to find the owner. It has been 3 years of looking and yesterday I was in contact with the guys wife. After all these years the these letters are finally going home to him. I am so thrilled!
Grant Bennett is telling the story behind the story. Rumors are Mitt has helped many, many people in need but no one knows about it.It’s time the story was told.It will sure help.
