"Too many folks still don't have a sense that tomorrow will be better than today. And so, the question in this election is which way do we go?" President Obama asked at a fundraiser in Chicago on Sunday.
"Do we go forward towards a new vision of an America in which prosperity is shared?" Obama asked. "Or do we go backward to the same policies that got us in the mess in the first place?"
"I believe we have to go forward," Obama said. "I believe we have to keep working to create an America where no matter who you are, no matter what you look like, no matter where you come from, no matter what your last name is, no matter who you love, you can make it here if you try. That's what's at stake in November. That's what is why I am running for a second term as president of the United States of America."

Wrong, Zero. Socialism is MISERY shared.
....a new view of America where Misery is shaerd.
You Didn’t Make That Pie! P>
Dear Leader, I believe that I would call you a FAILED president.
Givers & takers. I just hope we’re not outnumbered come Nov.
NO! We go forward into a world in which each and every soul has the right to the fruits of his or her own labors. Telling a man that he must work for the sole benefit of others is like telling a lion it must not kill antelope for the benefit of the antelope. This pedantic little man has no concept of freedom or liberty. He is the epitome of a person educated beyond his intelligence......
Well, so much for opportunity......it is really outcome in his lexicon.
Communism, socialism, fascism, whatever moniker you want to ascribe to Obama's brand of tyranny, CANNOT bring every citizen to the level and living standard of a millionaire. The BEST that his ideology can hope for is to bring everyone down to a common denominator status - and that status is nowhere even near privileged in any capacity.
It is Obama & Crew's dirty little secret. The only thing he gains from accomplishing this 'leveling' is an easier base to pander to.
I think the ‘thrill is gone’. LOL! Check out these pictures:

Not ‘givers & takers’, parasites and hosts...........
Under Obama’s direction there is no prosperity to share - merely universal misery.
And now they don't even have to act like they are looking for a job to get some of Obams's Taxpayer Stash!
Obama and his ilk are all about “visions”...nancy Pelosi has been having visions of talking to ghosts lately. None of the obamas visions have come true in his first term, so they were lies too.
Insofar as “sharing prosperity” goes...how much did the obamas give to charity last year?
Obama will say, and do, anything to get reelected...and this speech was just another episode in buying the entitlement crowd...it was essentially the same pitch he made to “Joe the plumber” almost four years ago.
How many Chicago gang bangers are on Social Security Disability? And how many want MORE of the country’s ‘prosperity’ shared - with them? Lots - it’s the Chicago Way... Steal from those who have - to buy drugs for those who don’t have....
Your thinking is flawed, Mr. President. Under your preferred system, there will be no prosperity to share.
What “mess” is he talking about? He’s been president for almost four years now. He’s the man. How do you rail against the man when you are the man???
He inherited a mess, allegedly. But even so, he’s had almost four years to work on it. Are we any better off? Can he point to any tangible progress made towards solving these alleged messes he was stuck with??????
Sounds like Communism to me. As another poster noted, prosperity is not shared under socialism/communism (or whatever you want to call it). It is misery that is shared. That’s where we are headed to day...as the average cost of living increases and the average earnings decreases, we are all worse off under his vision.
Individuals prosper when the economy grows. Reagan proved it, and after a generation accepted it, we prospered as a nation for 25 years. Now, we are going a different direction, and the results are much, much worse than what we just enjoyed for a generation.
