In the past couple of weeks Mittens has tried his best to give the election to Obummer. Not fighting back from the lies of Obama. Not attacking the ward politician. Playing Mr. Niceguy. If he does not pick Rubio to help him with conservatives and to almost guarantee a Florida win, he’s given up. Don’t win Florida, you don’t win the White House. It’s as simple as that. Paul Ryan does not win Florida for him or Virginia. If it’s Paul Ryan the Obummer machine will rack him over the coals on his budget plan and every five minutes you’ll be seeing the Ryan-lookalike pushing grandma over the cliff. Anyway, that’s how I see it.

The article touts that the Romney campaign is in such big trouble. It’s the media meme.

Final names Ryan, Rubio, Pawlenty, Christie, Portman and one unnamed wild card...
But the announcement is in VIRGINIA... McDonnell?

He’s making the announcement in Virginia... So I’m going to say the VP nominee will be Bob McDonnell.

I wouldn’t really have a problem with this choice, especially given that this election could very well hinge on the outcome in Virginia.

And one more thing. Saturday morning? Why not just do it in a document dump on Friday evening?

Ryan would be a great choice! But really, the bench is pretty dang strong this time around. Rubio was my favorite, but Ryan would definitely work.

I am fired up for Romney-Ryan! Time to fire Obama!

I'm hoping and praying for Ryan since Romney's private plane was spotted in Paul's hometown in WI tonight!

I want Christie. Not because I like his politics, but because he’ll shove every Obama lie right back up his a$$...

Everything I see points to Ryan. Not a bad choice if Ryan will be the attack dog aromney definitely needs.
No more Mr Nice Guy.
I’m giving Obama a 60/40 chance of winning as of tonight. If Ryan can play hardball, he is young, dynamic, smart, and a practicing Roman Catholic, which might make a difference.
Here’s hoping!

Virginia Beach is one town over from Norfolk. Looks like it’s going to be McDonnell.

If so, it’s a poor choice. McDonnell is competent but dull. Moderately conservative but quiet about it. Add to the fact that he pushed an incredibly unpopular set of road tolls in Hampton Roads, and he might lose rather than win VA as a result.
