As one of the main charms of Fox News’ Studio B With Shepard Smith is that anything can happen, and it usually does. For example, as Smith was tossing to commercial Wednesday afternoon, he took what seemed like a hard shot at former Arkansas Governor and Fox stablemate Mike Huckabee‘s “Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day,” invented to celebrate that restaurant chain’s opposition to marriage equality.
Delivering one of those banal date-related factoids that news shows throw out there every so often, Smith said “It’s National Badminton Day,” then added “forget National Day of Intolerance, let’s just stay with badminton.” Smith has previously express support for marriage equality.

We conservatives certainly aren’t saying we should return to those days as, judging from the reaction of the homos and their allies, they seem to think following Dan Cathy’s innocuous statement of opinion on the way things have been for thousands of years, as set forth in the Bible, the Torah and the Kuran, and the way they should be. One would think the left whould tolerate this difference of opinion with a liberal attitude.
We’re just saying that if the Brotherhood of Shemps get their: “We All Have AIDs!” agitprop commercials, that notions of fairness/equal time require that the (great) majority of us be able to respond by saying: “No, we don’t. And here’s why ...”. As just one thing.
