I'm not sure how to post a picture but maybe some can grab it from the link & post it here.
Makes my head spin to know this thing can happen in America in 2012.
Is there any further information on the background of this?
What is your child doing in public school?
But of course “Some are more equal than others”
Nothing yet. I hope this goes viral & maybe the local news will make a stink.
It’s real though. Richland Parish, Louisiana.
Can I ask, how do you know this is for real?
INTRODUCTION:
State law requires school districts to offer parents in public schools that are in corrective actions the chance to transfer their children to other public schools in the same school district. Your childs school, Delhi Elementary School, may participate in the school choice program in the upcoming school year due to the estimated 2008 School Performance Score being below 60. To help you understand how the choice program can work for you, here are some answers to questions you may have.
1. Do I have to transfer my child to another school?
No. Were providing parents with this opportunity as an option. The decision is entirely up to you, so you should base your decision on what you think is best for your child. If you think your child would be better off remaining at your current school,
2. To which school(s) may my child transfer?
Not all schools in the district are eligible to accept transfer students. So transfers are available only to the following Accepting Schools:
[Due to the court order, students may be offered a choice in the school in which their race would be in the minority. White students may be offered Rayville Elementary School. Black students may be offered Holly Ridge Elementary School or Start Elementary School..]

Echoes of South Boston; drives more white flight when they are told their children’s education will be sacrificed to “whiten” a black school. Never mind the physical safety; there is no learning taking place in those stables.
“Is this what it has to come to in this country?”
White libs are importing Latino mercenaries to fix this; they are brutal in suppressing blacks economically, politically, and demographically. Welfare reform was the anvil, now the Hispanic hammer falls; most whites in my area would have to pass through Hispanic areas to even reach the blacks in the cities.
My inlaws live on the south shore & it is very safe. And yes, there is a reason why.
Seems everyday the premise of the book “The Bell Curve” is not only upheld but it may have underestimated the magnitude of measurable differences.
Obama’s and Holder’s people seem to be self avowing their inferiority with everyone of these racist and discriminating practices.
To any Conservative Freeper Americans who may be black, I cannot imagine how frustrating this must be for you. You are part of the solution but these clowns are defiantly a major part of the problem.
Racism in 2012 is 90% anti-white.
I know the person who received the letter.
Thanks, but I confirmed the policy myself in that pdf link I posted shortly afterwards. It’s for real.
And we can bet our lives that if this letter said “black students”, the NAACP, Sharpton, Jackson, and every race hustler out there would already have the protest in full swing, backed by alll the DWL (disingenuous white liberals). The media would be swarming all over all it. Where is the conservative media, such as it is, on this?
