I think Zer0 should show good faith and go into Mexico himself to recover all the firearms H0lder “lost”. He needs to clean up his own mess first.
I think, anyone too dangerous to own a gun is too dangerous to walk the street. Aside from that, I don’t care if someone has a criminal record, they still have a right to defend themselves.

I think we need to expand the law to reduce fraud on the voter rolls and forget about gun control
I’m not one to watch O’Reilly, Hannity, etc all night, every night. I listen to Boortz in the morning more because he makes me laugh than anything else.
This gun control thing is out of control. If you listen to the Left, then every 2nd Amendment supporter has a Dillon Mini Gun on their roof and their 13 year old in the turret. If you listen to some on the right(IE O’Reilly), so many of them have their facts wrong on laws, weapons, etc etc.
Here’s one for Obama and his increased background checks...the F**King FBI does them. Instead of telling some folks at a rally or making a PSA, go to the director of the FBI and ask him how you can REALLY REALLY REALLY do a background check on a gun purchaser, that isn’t already being done.
Why can’t there, for once, be someone with some common F**king sense on one of these shows that can lay it all out there?
It doesn’t matter. Street gangs use stolen guns. You think they’re going to submit to a background check? Only law abiding citizens who want to protect themselves when the cops cannot or will not have to submit to those checks. They can pass all the restrictive gun laws they can think of but street gangs will always be armed.

One of the best ideas I’ve seen so far is to extradite or send withHolder and O’Bunghole to Mexico to stand trial for 300 murders under Mexico’s justice system.

I believe it was noted during the ‘08 campaign, by some former Fed agent - now private eye, that obama would not be eligible to receive any type of security clearance. This, if I remember correctly, was b/c of his seemingly non-existent history, travels, addresses, publicly acknowledged associates, etc etc etc.
So what happens, he’s elected President by mindless sheep, gets a Yankee Clearance, can read anyone he pleases in(ie Axelrod) even if they have absolutely no reason to know anything other than results of opinion polls and has slowly taken this country down the path to ruin.
I am pretty sure you are right. I doubt Obama could pas background check.
As for me I don’t have a problem with a background check. I don’t have a criminal record.

I have no criminal record either (not even a speeding ticket), but thats not the point. The point is that the government has no constitutional and legal right to ask you these questions. You are a sovereign citizen, not a serf who has to answer to the overlords to exercise your God-given rights.
I had a top secret clearance with secret access when I was with Uncle Sam’s Misguided Children in the 70s. They even talked to my friends from High School.
O’Bunghole won’t even provide proof of when or where he was born.
As far as I’m concerned we need to be handing weapons back to people when they get out of prison just like we used to do.
If they’re too dangerous to have a gun, they shouldn’t be released in the first place.
Anyone holding any federal office, including “unvetted czars” should be given the same scrutiny as those considered for access to NATO Secret NOFORN.
Zero would not pass a real background check if he wanted to buy a gun.
