Don't look now, but the Muppets want a divorce. The Jim Henson Company is scrapping its kids'-meal-toy relationship with Chick-Fil-A now that the left-wing pressure is on to boycott the Christian fried-chicken chain, which is offering toys right now from the Jim Henson Creatures' Shop line.
Muppet chieftain Lisa Henson went to Harvard and was president of Columbia Pictures, making her a progressive elite on both sides of the country. They announced on their Facebook page Friday they were strong supporters of "gay marriage" and were donating their Chick-Fil-A proceeds to the gay censorship cause:
The Jim Henson Company has celebrated and embraced diversity and inclusiveness for over fifty years and we have notified Chick-Fil-A that we do not wish to partner with them on any future endeavors. Lisa Henson, our CEO is personally a strong supporter of gay marriage and has directed us to donate the payment we received from Chick-Fil-A to GLAAD.

Good people should support their local Chick Fil A. To be honest, I’ve never tried them. Is their food good?
Kids are likely to loose the allure of Seseme Street by about age 12 , but they’ll be eating chicken the rest of their lives.
The gays boycotting Chik-Fil-A is like them pissing in the Mississippi River and expecting the water level to rise.
I doubt that a shortage on Henson toys will negatively affect many children, but indoctrination into the homosexual world will.

From the first year of “Sesame Street” it was clear that it was very left-leaning. It was banned in our house for my younger siblings. That’s how “they” get a grip on citizens — get ‘em while they’re young with seemingly innocent stories, characters, etc.
Chick-Fil-A should’ve done their homework before agreeing to the unholy alliance in the first place.

Posting your derogatory personal beliefs about another person may not qualify as "slander" under the laws of these United States, but it definitely qualifies as "bearing false witness" (which thou shalt not do).
I expect such behaviour from CBS/NBC/ABC/CNN/Etc.

Henson was married and had kids. He died from a really nasty lung infection, that reached that state because he left it untreated. It wasn’t just pneumonia; he had something resembling scarlet fever.

Oh yeah I agree. Apparently his Christian Science upbringing deterred him from doing so. (interesting side note-— my dad was raised in a CS home. I guess it didn’t take since he ended up being a saw bones)
