Summer in the Sunshine State, of course, with evil humidity and heat indexes, and daily thunderstorms.
I’m staying a few days at The Bride’s house, keeping the new stepdaughters company while The Bride is off at the Police Academy. And it’s a good thing I did!
Seems that a water leak had developed in the walls behind the bathroom. Workers came to check it, and we find out it’s the A/C condensation line! Weeping drips all inside the walls, mildew everywhere. Yeesh.
At least it’s the landlady’s cross to bear, for now...
