If you look at my posts in the past, my utter disdain for Romney and his long underwear, but the American people have given us an unacceptable choice.
But having said that, allowing Nobama to be re-elected is national suicide. I'm not even sure we will survive just one term of the evil one.
The only solution I see is to get the liberals and the RINOs out of Congress. We need prayer, big time. Unless His return is imminent and this is God's plan.

“You mean they actually vote for the lizards?”

“But,” said Arthur, going for the big one again, “why?”
“Because if they didn’t vote for a lizard,” said Ford, “the wrong lizard
might get in. Got any gin?”
Jim - has anyone else besides me considered the possibility that the reason we only have a choice to vote between Satan and Beelzebub for President is because God has had enough of America’s wicked behavior and has lifted his hand of protection away from us to give us the only choice this nation seems to want? I consider these things to be warning shots across this nation’s bow God is sending, giving us a chance to repent, before he lowers the judgement hammer on us. Something to contemplate. - OB1
Excellent article. Recently a Freeper posted that he would sell his soul to the devil to get Obama out; I wonder if he recognized the irony in that statement.
I want to see that peanut-headed Marxist out so badly I can’t stand it. I almost wish I COULD vote for Romney. But I can’t. I don’t know how I can stand in front of God one day and justify giving a mark of approval to a man who brought about abortions that are still going on today, and whose fondness for sodomites constantly leaks out into his public speech. God isn’t going to accept the excuse that “Well, but it was to get Obama out!”
You install the fear of the absolutely worst President ever, an avowed communist with a strange Muslim background and yes also African American and you bring to the front Mitt Romney, who, while his words are some what conservative his actions have been anything but, to divide the conservatives on political and religious grounds, in essence totally disrupting anything that resembles a conservative alignment by creating infighting in the ranks.
I understand why many Conservatives are scared of Obama, I am too. I understand why they now cling to Romney because of that fear. I also understand their emotional need to be validated, to have others join their misery at having to toss aside principles because they are scared, why they attack those not so easily swayed as “Obama lovers” and such. Fear is a powerful tool
And the GOP could not have planned it any better if they tried, they have exactly what they want, the squishy middle all lined up and the Conservatives neutralized and scared.
I’ve said it a hundred times. The wedge issue on Free Republic comes down to those of you who think we can survive a 2nd Obama term and those of us who think we can’t. After the damage done in Obama’s 2nd term, there won’t be a nation left for the GOP-e to screw up.
Once again I am reminded that Winston Churchill held his nose and Supported Stalin to defeat Hitler. He chose the lesser of evils to keep his nation from being eventually conquered and destroyed.
Once again I am reminded that many Freepers would have lost WWII because they would have been too ideologically pure to choose the lesser of evils and ally with Stalin against Hitler.
It must be fun to cut off your nose to spite your face.
