Mr. RomneyCARE has always been jealous of Gov. Palin.
He is not competent as is she.
FLASHBACK:
The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++4 to 10 pts
in some polls, days prior to Election 2008.
So rather than helping the GOP, Romney and
TeamROMNEY and the RNME (Republican National Media Establishment)
decided
to attack Gov. Palin to throw Election2008.
Romney, and the Van der Sloot RNME RINOs for Obama in 2008
Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."
The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"Im told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palins people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romneys former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.
"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off
.hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."
"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the Diva leak was Nicolle Wallaces husband."
"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"
"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"
"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

What can I say? she responded in an email from Alaska, when asked by Newsweek about the convention, just before heading to Michigan to deliver an Obama-thumping speech. Im sure Im not the only one accepting consequences for calling out both sides of the aisle for spending too much money, putting us on the road to bankruptcy, and engaging in crony capitalism.

Wrong. Mitt Romney and his political team have virtually complete control of the convention, including the assignment of coveted speaking spots. Romney forces will also have quite a lot of influence over the party’s platform. RNC Chair Reince Priebus has selected the leadership of the Platform Committee.
Governor Bob McDonnell of Virginia will serve as Chairman. Senator John Hoeven of North Dakota and Representative Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee will serve as Co-Chairmen. They are all Romney supporters.

I saw your retraction after my last post. My mistake for responding as I did.
As for the GOP, they will pay dearly for their actions circa 2007-now. They just have not realized it yet. Problem is their BS will likely take America down with them.
To: Randy Larsen
Not many people have the horse sense and courage to say that.

Yes, yes, and yes.... to most all of the thought above. But let’s not forget one thing...
Sarah decided not to run for the nomination. Would she have gotten it if she had? I think it is highly possible. But, for whatever reason, she didn’t.
Now, I want her onboard, I think Mitt needs her onboard, but the fact of the matter is, she put herself in the position she’s in.

Rommney is "The Kenyan-Lite". Anyone who thinks he'll be better than "The Kenyan" is a fool.
I wouldn't vote for him if you held a gun to my kids heads.
The federal level of government is lost. Focus on local politics and elect locals who'll tell the feds to go to hell.

She noticed, too, that when the Romney camp reined in Fehrnstrom after his not a tax goof, the man assigned to take on a more public role as Romney spokesman was Kevin Madden, best known in Palins sphere for his appearance on a CNN news panel just days before the 2008 election. The subject was the latest piece of leaked Palin gossipher $150,000 shopping spree (for which Palin later reimbursed the Republican National Committee)and the damage Palin was perceived to have done to the McCain campaign. Thats an indication just how unseasoned Sarah Palin is as a national candidate, Madden opined, before laughing about Palins lack of knowledge about issues and declaring that people who have done this before know enough to choose running mates that are nationally vetted.
Palin says that she doesnt know Madden and will not comment about him personally. However, she adds: I assume he didnt do his homework and his disparaging remarks were due to him actually believing the BS reporting on my record and reputation that began the day I was tapped to run for VP. Ill assume and hope hes evolved since then, perhaps understanding now the leftist medias agenda against candidates they oppose.

I don't think Mitt has any say on who gets invited to the convention.
And wasn't there a thread on here a few days ago throwing Sarah under the bus for supporting Mitt?

In part, I agree (She should IMO have bulled through it and further exposed the Liberalism of today’s GOP) . But she played the cards she was dealt. And the GOP dealt her a VERY $h!tty hand.
