Neighborhood watch leader George Zimmerman was released from jail Friday for a second time while he awaits his second-degree murder trial for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman left the Seminole County Jail a day after Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester granted a $1 million bail with strict conditions.

The neighborhood watch leader is required to stay in Seminole County. He was allowed to leave Florida after his first release in April. He must be electronically monitored, can’t open a bank account, obtain a passport or set foot on the grounds of the local airport. He has a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.

Those restrictions would make sense if he had run away the first time and had to be recaptured.

They make sense if this is (1) all political, (2)they are trying to avoid riots and (3) are more concerned with trying to avoid riots than they are with individual liberties.

In other words, it is all about MOB rule and the MOB is winning. The MOB has not yet lynched the Hispanic guy yet, but they have the rope in their hands and are looking for a tree.

The Zimmerman case reminds me of this:

It is criminal the way the “justice” system is treating him.

The judge has become enamored with himself due to media attention (Judge Ito). He is showing extreme bias and prejudice. He has made inappropriate comments that will deprive the Indio part-African American (not “white hispanic”) of a fair trial. But Z will still be acquitted unless the Judge’s restrictions have guaranteed that he is murdered by the racially charged nut cases unleased by Sharpton and Jesse.

Zimmerman’s shot of Trayvon should be heard as the shot heard round the world against:

Drug cartels
Corrupt politicians
Feminists
Corrupt extortionist cities and government
Conspirators of disarmament, theft and murder of every day working people.

Can he track someone down he thinks is following him, confront that person, and then sucker punch them in the nose and knock them down? And then while they are down, grab them by the hair and begin bashing their head onto a sidewalk?

What’s more critical is, can he survive the race baiters and politically correct progressives in this nation if he defends himself against someone who does precisely that to him?

Even more troubling...this Judge Lester’s wife was the prosecutor against Zimmerman when he was charged in an alleged fight with his ex.

Lester’s wife is Dorothy Sedgwick, and is a Asst State Attorney in Orange County (Orlando)

This judge took this case knowing full well he had a major conflict of interest. Two judges before him excused their-selves from the case....yet this Judge Lester took the case knowing full well he had a major conflict of interest. That is criminal judicial misconduct

It is quite possible that GZ atty Mark O’Mara has not mentioned this as it would be the basis of a reversable appeal.

At least I can vote Lester out in the next election, hopefully someone will run against him. He is actively fixing the case in favor of Al Sharpton, New Black Panthers, Eric Holder, Obama, and all the other Black Racists

When this is over, he needs to quietly relocate to Texas, get a job and shut up.

I guess the logical thing to do now (for a female DA) is arrest him again, and raise the bail to $10M...

All the bluster, and chicken poop rules by this judge are merely smoke being blown up the skirts of the afro community to make them think he’s really being rough on Zimmerman, IMHO. This is fine with me.....I think the rush to judgment by politicians and the media has been very unfair to Zimmy, and I hope to see the day when he walks free again.....soon.

They are forcing him to stay in the area so he can be found and killed more easily. This way it never has to go to trial and the prosecutor doesn't end up looking like an idiot. It also has the side effect of preventing a riot since he can't be found innocent of the over reaching charges at trial.

Man, if I were Zimmerman, I’d find a way to escape. It’ll be tough, and a bounty hunter might get him, but I don’t see how he can possibly ever live a normal (and lengthy!)life in the USA.

If he didn’t run when the bail was $150,000, why raise his bail to $1 million?

It’s obvious to me that the judge is really pissed that Zimmerman has the funds to defend himself, and he’s doing his best to burn through those funds so he can’t.

As I understand it, the $100,000 dollar portion Zimmerman has to fork over for bail, will never be returned. So guilty or not, Zimmerman has so far paid out $115,000 dollars for bail. That’s essentially $115,000 in fines before he’s found guilty of anything.

There but for the grace of God go you and I. What’s going on with regard to Zimmerman angers me.

It shouldn’t be fine with you. How would you like to have to fork over $115.000 dollars you’ll never see again, just to avoid jail when you’re innocent?

This judge has essentially fined Zimmerman $115,000 dollars.
