Are we a nation of laws? It's surreal. The man is being lynched for legally protecting himself.

Absolutely! This is how an evil, corrupt politically government operates.

Financially ruin and trash those who they've deemed an enemy while totally discrediting them in the media.

While the Zimmerman/Martin ‘white’ on black killing is covered 24/7 on the MSM with an outpouring of rage and charges of a racial hate crime, where is the concern- where is the rage about the home invasion, torture, beating, rape and murder of the elderly white couple by a gang of feral blacks in Tulsa, Oklahoma just a few months ago?

The 90 year old war veteran husband was beaten and his jaw broken. He was shot in the face numerous times with a BB gun and sent to the hospital in critical condition.

The 85 year old partially blind wife was RAPED and then BEATEN TO DEATH.

Can you just imagine the pain, the humiliation, the horror that dear old lady experienced being gang raped by that pack of feral animals?

(the autopsy states she was raped. Don’t think all of these animals didn’t all participate)

And can you imagine the pain, the horror of that dear old husband having to witness this?

Mr. Strait died from his injuries last week.

There’s a lot more involved here than a home invasion and robbery.

WHERE ARE THE CHARGES OF A RACIAL HATE CRIME??

90 year old husband’s jaw broken and shot in face with a BB gun numerous times?

85 wife year old semi blind wife RAPED and BEATEN to death??

Why does it take a foreign press to enlighten America as to this henious crime?

WHERE IS THE NATIONAL OUTRAGE?

__________________________

Have they caught the rest of the gang of feral blacks who raped, tortured and murdered this elderly woman? Are they even looking? Not a word about it in the media.

I really fear that George is going to be railroaded, and big time!

This judge is helping to poison the jury pool for starters.

CNN HLN, True tv are doing the most dishonest coverage of the case, no surprise.

Fox News Megen Kelly is doing a TERRIBLE job, I have seen her show many times, she only has half the facts, and she has the same to people on for the most part, a bald guy that is ready to convict George before trial, she is a total air head, would call her blonde but it`s only in a bottle anyway.

hope folks go to the defense fund to help

“I’m afraid you’re right. Either the prosecutor and the judge have decided Zimmerman has to be found guilty to avoid riots, or else they see getting him as career enhancers.”

The racist Hussein Head “Zimmerman is GUILTY” freaks know they can count on the USSC if needed.

He shouldn’t have lied about the funding in the first place.

Name the lie. He remained silent which is his Consitutional and legal right in a court of law. He told no lie in court. Even left wing blog sites realize and admit this. What has happened to the Constitution-loving right wingers???

He had the right to stay quiet and it appears the courts have the right to take away his bond and reissue another one of appropriate value according to them. I really don’t care one way or the other. Can’t wait for the court case to conclude so the story is out of our minds and especially off Free Republic.

A “SKIMMING” holdover racist freak, still itching to believe everything that good, benevolent ABCCBSCNNNBCFOX/AP tells you?

Bill O'Reilly has been very slanted in favor of Ben Crump and Trayvon's mother whenever he deals with the case. Sean was good at first but then shut up--maybe he was given the word not to say anything supportive of Zimmerman. Without Fox, that means there are no stations who are not tilting to Crump/Corey/Sharpton on this story.

That Zimmerman has at least one-eighth African ancestry (more than many individuals who are routinely identified as "African-American") is never mentioned, because he is easier to demonize as a "white Hispanic."

Read the transcript. GZ’s wide told the court at the first hearing that she did not know the exact amount in the pay pal account. She also stated that George’s brother knew the exact amount and could be reached by phone.

Had the amount been important to the court, it was easily available.

Considering how the court has handled the case I don’t blame Zimmerman’s wife for not guestimating the amount. If she had been of by $10.00 who would have still been accused of perjury.

Yep! The accusation regarding his credibility having suffered is a red herring. He never testified in court about the Paypal money, which is his right. And yet the one thing that he did do was to apologize to the Martin family for shooting their son, allbeit in self defense. This judge has taken that little gratuity of GZ's and hung it around his neck like a noose. The judge cites the first part but conveniently forgets the self defense part. So much for saying anything in this judge's court.

One thing that the judge alluded to in his order was the Constitutional issue of Double Jeopardy that has seemed to have been violated here. GZ cooperated with the police, took 2 lie detector tests, did a video walk-through, signed a statement, gave four interviews, submitted to rounds of questioning, without a lawyer present and was exhonerated by the SPD, its Chief, the city of Sanford, and the state prosecutor ---- And yet the judge says that he should have expected to have been charged. By whom???? There was no such expectation until the race mongers from up north got involved.

Right now the Crumps and Natalie Jackson's and even Lester are laughing at MoM. Read the order and you'll see what Lester thought of MoM's performance the other day. It's time for him to start defending his client, to go on the offensive, subpoena TM's school records, defend his client's legal rights, quit parsing his words, and make some enemies out of those good old boys he's trying to impress in the process. Or resign and let someone else do it.

Megan Kelly was so biased against Mr. Z the other afternoon that she made me physically ill. Like a clone, she has absorbed and perfected O'Reilly's patented technique of overtalking a guest and/or effectively cutting a guest off and/or abruptly changing the subject before the guest can get in a final word of rebutal.

I could expound further on her various acquired techniques of shaping interviews to her own biases, but freepers are educated and are able to pick this up on their own.

Like O'Reilly, Megan Kelly noses out tasty truffles here and there, but overall when you scratch each of them you find arrogant fascist progressives underneath.

Yep. I invite anyone to go down to a local attorney's office and get that 15 page document they give to clients who are facing a deposition or testimony under oath. If testifying under oath in a court of law is all so easy, then why is a 15 page instruction manual necessary. One of the things you are told is answer the question as asked. Don't volunteer information, and if the questioner misunderstands you, don't help him. SZ did that -- and got charged for it.

Judge Lester went to Evil Law School. Watch him announce the bail decision, as the prosecutor objects.

“Under any definition, the Defendant has flaunted the system.”

“An illiterate boob of a judge!”

Yes, by any definition. The judge really should look up the definitions of “flaunted” and “flauted.” By any definition, the judge has used the wrong word. It is ironic that the judge underlined his error by using the peculiar expression, “By any definition.”

http://public.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/flaunt.html
“To flaunt is to show off: you flaunt your new necklace by wearing it to work. “Flout” has a more negative connotation; it means to treat with contempt some rule or standard. The cliché is “to flout convention.” Flaunting may be in bad taste because it’s ostentatious, but it is not a violation of standards.”

The judge may be flaunting his authority, but he is flauting standard English. What he is doing to the defendent is another matter.
