Hey Spotty Star, you ought to know better than to twist a story. The dispatcher declined to ask; the dispatcher did not forbid.

Yep! The accusation regarding his credibility having suffered is a red herring. He never testified in court about the Paypal money, which is his right. And yet the one thing that he did do was to apologize to the Martin family for shooting their son, allbeit in self defense. This judge has taken that little gratuity of GZ's and hung it around his neck like a noose. The judge cites the first part but conveniently forgets the self defense part. So much for saying anything in this judge's court. One thing that the judge alluded to in his order was the Constitutional issue of Double Jeopardy that has seemed to have been violated here. GZ cooperated with the police, took 2 lie detector tests, did a video walk-through, signed a statement, gave four interviews, submitted to rounds of questioning, without a lawyer present and was exhonerated by the SPD, its Chief, the city of Sanford, and the state prosecutor ---- And yet the judge says that he should have expected to have been charged. By whom???? There was no such expectation until the race mongers from up north got involved. Right now the Crumps and Natalie Jackson's and even Lester are laughing at MoM. Read the order and you'll see what Lester thought of MoM's performance the other day. It's time for him to start defending his client, to go on the offensive, subpoena TM's school records, defend his client's legal rights, quit parsing his words, and make some enemies out of those good old boys he's trying to impress in the process. Or resign and let someone else do it.

Yes!! You are 100% correct. I don't get how some on here don't see it. Then again there were still people attacking the Duke Lacrosse players well after it was shown Nifong was a corrupt fool and the accusers were lying whores.

I did not say she forbade. I said she told him. And I am going to pretend spotty star is a term of affection and give you a big ol’ Texas hug.

Sean was good at first but then shut up

Actually he was horrible at first,
I was extremely PO'd at his biased portrayal of Zimmerman.
Following the weekend he had a better knowledge of the circumstances
and his tone and description of the incident improved.

The only difference here is the three men did not have a 911 operator telling them to not follow the agent.

The only difference????

So then the ICEman had marijuana in his system, had been expelled from school for slugging a bus driver, possession of mj, and stolen jewelry, was into in MMA street fighting, was personna non-grata at his mother's house, was staying with a juvenile detention officer who didn't want him in her house unsupervised, had a gangbanger website called NO-LIMIT ---NIGGA, and was a suspected drug dealer???

Hmmmmmmmmmm

WOW -- talk about coincidence.

the marijuana did not compare to what the other guy had in His system...marijuana makes you relaxed. And all the rest..has nothing to do with anything. Let’s wait for the trial. Most of what you said will never be allowed in because it is not relevant. I notice no one mentions Martin having tatoos any longer..must have been when it was revealed that Zimmerman had four of them. Of course, having a tats does not mean someone can shoot you. None of what you talked about means someone can shoot you. And Zimmerman knew none of it. So it is irrelevant. For heavens sakes.

Yes, by any definition. The judge really should look up the definitions of “flaunted” and “flauted.”

Glad to see you corrected that.

"Flaut" probably just has this picture

You are trying to make Trayvon look like a thug. Yet he had just visited the campus where his brother attends college and was interested in going into aviation.

“Can’t wait for the court case to conclude so the story is out of our minds and especially off Free Republic.”

Why?

A (should be presumed innocent) man has been deprived of liberty and property (money) by a politically-driven leftist agenda leading to Hussein’s lackeys.

You’ve made your judgment of Zimmerman because of headlines and alleged quotes by Big Media.

Most of you shut your pie-holes when a Freeper posted proof that Z and his also-arrested wife were not SKIMMING.

Was your opinion the same about wanting the story “out of our minds” during the Terri Schiavo “court case”?

the marijuana did not compare to what the other guy had in His system

Right one is illegal and the other is legal, by prescription only, under a doctor's orders.

marijuana makes you relaxed.

Unless you need it and can't get it.

And all the rest..has nothing to do with anything.

It goes to the mindset of the 17 y/o assailant who attacked a resident of a community that he was a mere guest in, and the only way to stop the assault was to shoot him.

Let’s wait for the trial.

Why?? Crump, Clorey, Jackson, the Trayvonistas aren't waiting. They're trying the case in the public arena, so why shouldn't we???

Most of what you said will never be allowed in because it is not relevant.

All of it is relevant, especially that toxicology report that the prosecution is hiding and his juvenile record. Since they are making GZ's past relevant, then so is TM's.

I notice no one mentions Martin having tatoos any longer..must have been when it was revealed that Zimmerman had four of them.

GZ is 28 and old enough to get tattoos if he wants them, but a 17 y/o who got them when he was 15???? It just shows that his parents were nowhere around when he needed them. Shame.

Of course, having a tats does not mean someone can shoot you.

What a stupid statement.

None of what you talked about means someone can shoot you.

It all goes to the mindset of the juvenile delinquent 17 y/o assailant and why he would attack a stranger who is lawfully walking a pathway in his apartment complex, and then not stop his attack when the person whose head he is bashing on the concrete calls out for help.

And Zimmerman knew none of it.

Right. He was merely walking a path that he had every right to walk, or run, or skip on when he was attacked and had to defend himself. And that assailant just so happened to be a 17 y/o aspiring gangsta with illegal drugs in his system as seen in his last photo at 7-Eleven. He was clearly no boyscout.

Yet he had just visited the campus where his brother attends college and was interested in going into aviation.

That's pure Trayvonista propaganda.

He had missed 53 days of school through February. He was a truant. He had been expelled. And he was a mj smoker. They don't let people with mj in their system fly planes. At the time of his death he was a full blown drop out staying with a juvenile detention officer with mj in his system and no doubt other things.

You are trying to make Trayvon look like a thug.

No one was trying harder at it than he was.

You could dance around a bonfire and not notice it till you fell in.

Marijuana is well documented to bring paranoia, as is the “Lean” (hint, it ain’t SoBe’s version) concoction this “NO LIMIT NIGGA” was rhapsodizing about online.

I hope O’Mara is merely playing rope a dope and holding some of his best cards for a later stage when he can really shame the persecution team with them.

“With seemingly every black person and his/her uncle and aunt piling on for Trayvon, surely the Martin family is not doing too shabbily at this juncture.”

Of course you are right. But if Zimmerman gets more donations to help him and his family, I’ll wager that the judge and prosecutor will find a way to deny him the use of it. This poor man is already tried and convicted. In this PC world in which we now live; law-abiding citizens are at a distinct disadvantage.

Sounds like a gaggle of liberals, all of them, who are outright incensed that people would see enough injustice in how George was treated to help him foot the bills that resulted (including, as now seems to be clear, at least some personal expenses he can’t meet because he’s in a jail, not working a job).

In the long term the other shoe is bound to fall, and the whole group shamed. People who believe they can get away with something so egregious usually have little self control in other areas and, like Eliot Spitzer’s own prostitute usage, have Achilles’ heels. It simply remains to find out, or by God’s providence become exposed, what those are.

I will pray that it will be as you say.

I just find it incredibly sad that Zimmerman’s life and that of his family should be so totally ruined because he was donating his time to protecting his neighborhood. Even if he is found not guilty by some miracle; he will never again be able to live a normal life.

And yet the Al Sharptons and Jesse Jacksons of the world can keep on throwing their verbal firebombs with impunity. They are never hounded into no longer being able to show their faces in public.

George Zimmerman once either sprung or wrist slapped may end up back in Peru, or maybe in a cosmopolitan spot like Singapore with little overt racism.
