Sounds like a gaggle of liberals, all of them, who are outright incensed that people would see enough injustice in how George was treated to help him foot the bills that resulted (including, as now seems to be clear, at least some personal expenses he can’t meet because he’s in a jail, not working a job).

In the long term the other shoe is bound to fall, and the whole group shamed. People who believe they can get away with something so egregious usually have little self control in other areas and, like Eliot Spitzer’s own prostitute usage, have Achilles’ heels. It simply remains to find out, or by God’s providence become exposed, what those are.

I will pray that it will be as you say.

I just find it incredibly sad that Zimmerman’s life and that of his family should be so totally ruined because he was donating his time to protecting his neighborhood. Even if he is found not guilty by some miracle; he will never again be able to live a normal life.
