Obama's Social Security Number challenged

If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate.

Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.

Daniels, who has vetted thousands of Social Security Numbers for numerous other clients, has done her homework. In her filing, she thoroughly documents her contention “that Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number.”

To acquire appropriate standing in court, Daniels has gone to the trouble of establishing herself as a valid write-in candidate for president. Before she is through, this 70-something mother of seven, who has been a licensed Ohio PI since 1995, may cause Obama more trouble than the Romney campaign.

Daniels started her investigation in August 2009. Given her profession, she has been able to access a variety of proprietary databases. What she learned without much trouble is that Obama has been using a Social Security Number with the prefix “042″ since 1986.

As she discovered, the “042″ number is reserved for the exclusive use of individuals who register in Connecticut. When she ran 10 sequential numbers before and after Obama’s, all returned with the documentation “issued 1977-1979 in CT.”

When Daniels ran the numbers immediately flanking Obama’s, she came to the firm conviction that Obama’s number was issued in March 1977 in Connecticut.

In 1977, Barack Hussein Obama II was a Permanent Resident Alien (Green card holder) living in Hawaii with his grandmother, Madelyn Dunham. Madelyn Dunham had been appointed Obama’s guardian (foster mother) while he was in the legal custody of Catholic Social Services of Connecticut.

Why would Catholic Social Services of Connecticut have legal custody of The One?

That's exactly what Brown Deer is doing, stating this bogus theory as fact with no credible supporting data. None, zip, nada.

The scenario is entirely supported by the known data. It is the equation the fits the curve of data points.

Obama returned to the US in 1971. Even though his legal guardians were staying in Indonesia. Sorry, you can not just drop off a kid in a country were his legal guardians ARE NOT RESIDENTS. So how does he re-establish valid guardianship and citizenship after being a 100% Indonesian citizen?

When you have data points that explain that then rocks can be thrown at this scenario. But without an acceptable alternative this is the 'ruling on the field'.

If the 'the booth' wants to change it present the evidence.

If you remember BO spent some time at a Catholic run school in Indonesia, If he was removed from the home due to abuse or other circumstances it is conceivable that the church was involved. SIster of Poor Claire or Nuns affiliated with St Joe of Assisi probably have an office or affiliate in CONN.

When a custodial parent is no longer seen as fit by the authorities the other biological parent is called into court (May be the reason for Srs visit at age ten...family matters IIRC was given as the reason)

If custody/guardianship is awarded to another family member the agency would continue to keep tabs on the child until reaching the age of majority for the childs own protection.

I’ve found snopes to be very useful when someone sends one of those “urban legend” sort of emails. Snopes usually has a very good discussion on what part is true and what part is false, often including some decent info on how the false parts got going in the first place.

And snopes explained the Connecticut part. You would expect all of the Connecticut applications to start with 042. Their explanation covered how Obama could have ended up with one due to a simple misreading of his application, or an easy-to-make type. It might not have happened, but it’s a decent explanation of how it could have happened.

We’ve got way better ways to go after Obama than this tin-foil-hat stuff that WND and Newsmax are alway so prone to pushing.

The problem with that theory, is that the zip code you suggest was misread (98164) is for SEATTLE WASHINGTON! But Obama was in HAWAII!

Obama was living in Hawaii with his grandparents in Hawaii. In Obama’s book, he even says that after going to live with his grandparents, he didn’t leave again until he went to Occidental.

Why wouldn’t he have his SSN sent to Hawaii?

Snopes: Barack Obama's parents separated when he was two years old, his father moving to Connecticut to continue his education before returning to Kenya. When the younger Obama was six years old, his mother married again, this time to Lolo Soetoro, an Indonesian oil manager.

When was his father living in Connecticut? and how hold was little Barry, in March of 1965 when Stanley Ann married Lolo?

Look, I made up the last four numbers, as I tried to explain...I didn’t go back to Snopes to get the exact numbers they cited. The point is that changing the 9 to a 0 would have the effect of changing the Hawaii zip to a CN zip.

Occam’s Razor, this simplest explanation is often best. Simple human error could easily explain his SS# appearing to indicate that he registered from a CN address. This doesn’t mean that I accept his birth certificate, or that he’s some sort of genius, or that there isn’t some nefarious reason for not revealing his past records, etc., but I suspect the CN ss# is legit.

You are attempting to apply American standards in handling child abuse problems to Indonesia, a predominantly Muslim country. That's like trying to put a round peg in a square hole. Indonesia wouldn't intervene in such situations, especially when the stepfather is a Muslim. Thus it's impossible for me to find any plausibility to your speculation.

The application has the mailing address of Obama the applicant, in Hawaii, and you are saying the application teleported to the US East Coast 6000 Miles away, and the SSN office then misread his address as being a valid Connecticut address and gave him the 042 prefix??

But of course, Obama is *special* he has a two-digit date stamp, incorrectly positioned, on his claimed Selective service card when everyone else has a four-digit date stamp.

Then Obama has a PDF “birth certificate” with a key verifying feature, the Registrar's stamp, *perfectly* isolated in a separate PDF layer such that the thing can be clicked on and moved around on the open document in the Adobe Illustrator software application? [Adobe is the company that created the PDF format]

That makes no sense. Its actually clear that Obama has a citizenship problem that had to be fixed. Not a NBC issue, but a full bore, heavy caliber *basic US Citizenship issue.*

Yes, they did. Snopes.com apparently doesn’t enable one to cut and paste, but go to the site and search using the terms “Obama Connecticut Social Security Number” and read the first article (the one about his using an 1890 number). The last paragraph covers what I’ve tried to describe here. It could have easily been due to a simple typo or poor handwriting on a written form.

No, it’s not unrealistic. That’s the point. Go to snopes, as I suggest in the one of the posts just above this one and learn. Once you’ve learned, you’ll see that it’s not unrealistic at all. It’s a really simple explanation as to how Obama could have easily ended up with a CN prefix to his SS number. Doesn’t mean it’s right, but it’s certainly possible.

There’s a lot that bothers me about our President’s past, but I think on this one people are reaching for some very unlikely straws, and refusing to look objectively at the real situation.
