The problem with that theory, is that the zip code you suggest was misread (98164) is for SEATTLE WASHINGTON! But Obama was in HAWAII!
Obama was living in Hawaii with his grandparents in Hawaii. In Obama’s book, he even says that after going to live with his grandparents, he didn’t leave again until he went to Occidental.
Why wouldn’t he have his SSN sent to Hawaii?

Look, I made up the last four numbers, as I tried to explain...I didn’t go back to Snopes to get the exact numbers they cited. The point is that changing the 9 to a 0 would have the effect of changing the Hawaii zip to a CN zip.
Occam’s Razor, this simplest explanation is often best. Simple human error could easily explain his SS# appearing to indicate that he registered from a CN address. This doesn’t mean that I accept his birth certificate, or that he’s some sort of genius, or that there isn’t some nefarious reason for not revealing his past records, etc., but I suspect the CN ss# is legit.
and if what he said was true, then why wouldn’t 0bama have an SSN from New Jersey? ;-)
