Still carrying a grudge against a country that has made Chris Rock wealthy and famous way beyond where his waning talents should've taken him, this was how the once-interesting and once-edgy comedian celebrated the 4th of July on Twitter today:

Actually if it wasn't for the white people who brought his ancestors here, he wouldn't even exist, because his parents wouldn't have ever met.

So not only should he thank white people for the privilege of living in the USA, he should also thank us for making his existence possible.

Let me guess, idiot Chris Rock has no clue that many white American immigrants arrived here as indentured servants. They had to work as slaves for a period of time to pay for their passage to the New World.

When will people of any color be able to walk the streets of a black neighborhood safely ?

As I see it Chris, you are damn lucky that whoever your ancestors were, were smart enough and stong enough to be chosen to come to ths country. The ones who had to stay behind are still enslaved, living in huts, dying of disease, and hunting for food. However, you are correct in your assessment, it is a white mans independence day. They fought for and created a country of freedom, for whiners like you to enjoy today. Incidentally Chris, I have twenty three ancestors who fought and some died in the American Revolution, all white, all free. Your welcome.

So is this one. The most dissappointing thing about Chris Rock is that he can sound like a closet conservative in his routines. Then he makes statements offstage, and you wonder how it could be the same person.
